I think it's awesome, generous, and OH SO Adam Me too! I think it is great! On twitter people are saying "It slows down the momentum of Cuckoo and he loses the crowd." How would someone who is not there know that? You can't tell from a UStream or a You Tube. You would have to be present. Adam can feel an audience. If it's not right, he'll change it. Remember all the wank that audience in Austria got? Turns out they were a wonderful audience! I also think it shows that Adam appreciates people that work for him and credits to them. Adam wants people to know them. They're not just back band member and singer and audience don't need to know him. They're part of his performance. |

I would love to be back on ATOP more often, but must sit for minute or two every 15 seconds and watch little spinning rainbow on my Mac computer. I guess it's the gifs, doesn't happen anywhere else, but nice to see you tonight. I am having problems too. On Explorer, I get the angry bear and can't post. On Google, I get slow moving pagees that won't load when there are GIFs. Never used to be like this, either. It's a new development and happens on 2 different computers. It's really weird... I have a good computer and I never have any problems with gifs and/or pics. But today it was balking at just the photos, which has never happened before. However, when I actually logged on, things immediately got faster. Go figure. ??? ??? |

Turns out they were a wonderful audience! Adam's intro of the band is from his heart but it's also the sign of a smart leader. When asked about what they most want from work, people consistently rate salary and leave well below meaningfulness; being valued by employer; etc. Those who feel valued and heard as individuals tend to blend group interest with personal interest and up their games and committment accordingly. I think the couple of minutes Adam takes to show public respect and affection for his band is an excellent investment (JMHO). (As an audience member, I enjoy it when any act does this honestly but that's just me.) I agree. I like the introductions..........and that's when some of the kitty-playing happened during GNT.  |

But these are all last-minute events. Adam's totals for the Billboard charts will be cumulative from the day Trespassing went for preorders.My reasonable side keeps telling me that, but underneath, underneath is restless, lol. I know it is only my RL projections and not about Adam at all. (Lots of my family artists are on the roller coaster right now. But that is the nature of things. ) I thought, at least from my inflight ustream, that Adam and group did really well tonight! |
