I just dropped in to express my worry that Adam has a new single coming up and no US promo on his calendar for the next month or two. I hope there is a great plan or this is going to be a very sad release. I am happy about PLL as it is popular with young people, but he needs so much more of this kind of great promo.

I hope there is a great plan or this is going to be a very sad release. I am happy about PLL as it is popular with young people, but he needs so much more of this kind of great promo.  I know. It's being bandied about in the News thread, the Numbers thread, on twitter and I'm sure many other places as well. NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW ANYTHING about that big gap in his schedule. It could mean something fantastic and we will squee to high heaven, or it could mean nothing, in which case we'll be over here letting it all hang out once again. We just have to wait and see.  |

It is so scary,now we are certain that September is not being saved for Idol, that it looks like he has nothing lined up to promote the new single. My fear is that the label in not going to support the single. This seems to be a business where success breeds success, and lack of it breeds more of the same. It cost serious money to support a single and really RCA has no reason to believe that radio will get on board this time. My fear is that his calendar is empty because he is having trouble lining up good promo with two singles that went nowhere and an album with low sales.

I am going to believe that "stuff means something good because he added "look forward to it". He would not have added that unless there was something to look forward to.
