So funny I had to post -- I was trying to match that photo via a Google search and saw a house that looked familiar. Pool overlooking a lake. It was a house I used to own and sold in 2006. I still have a good aisle seat in the center orchestra Row S for WB on Friday. I paid $51.50. Would love to get half but will also consider just giving it to someone who can't afford a ticket but would love to see Adam. Please PM me.

Okay! Can anyone tell me what's with this "body-suit" business on the Idol stage tonight??(had to switch to "Big Bang Theory" when Fantasia came on.)
Up thread someone mentioned Jordin Sparks performed, is she having a new album out or something? anyone know?

RiRi performing right now....later. Jordin has a new album coming out later this year. Fantasia is also working on a new album.
Thanks, Q3! Well, that explains their appearance tonight. Jordin is also in a national AT&T ad on TV, I've only caught a couple of times though, anyone else has seen it? I hope Adam could do something like that in the near future. |

I suck at bringing things over but the yahoo mainpage has a highlighted story on tonight's Idol winner. The side bar headlines include " Lambert boots Underwood" When you click on it it takes you to a yahoo music article with details (not dissing his numbers other than saying that Carrie's debuted much higher) music.yahoo.com/news/adam-lambert-boots-underwood-billboard-no-1-172135078.htmlETA: See, there are some benefits that come with the Idol stigma--lots of free publicity, especially when you are the best they've ever had. And I agree with whoever posted a bit back saying that Adam's loss really hurt the credibility of this show. It was the start of the end. But, Adam will always be know by pretty much everyone (even those who don't like him now) as the peak of the show, and I think the let down by those who followed him has been a significant catalysis in Idol's downward spiral. |
