Bravo's Watch What Happens Live is not a smart show for celebrities to go on. May Adam never go on it again. It exploits the negative and revels in it. Criticism of others ALWAYS comes back to bite you. You just know both the comment about Randy and the comment about Clay is going to come back and bite Adam. Randy always said positive things about Adam, no matter how cliche or boring. It is just so dumb to stir the pot this way. Just my opinion :I watched the show and Randy has had his moments when he has given Adam a left handed compliment and Adam told the truth. This year Randy really has it together. He was like Stephen Tyler when Adam was on Idol, except everything was Dog to ST's Beautiful . As Far as Mr. Aiken who has insulted Adam's singing a number of times,I'm glad Adam had nothing to say about him. I mean Clay said Adam singing 'Ring Of Fire' made his ears bleed ..

(The link was posted earlier, I think) Ilta-Sanomat (iltasanomat.fi May 23, 2012) www.iltasanomat.fi/musiikki/suomi-vavy-adam-lambert-nousi-billboardin-ykkoseksi/art-1288471537900.htmlThe son-in-law of Finland Adam Lambert took the Billboard number one position(pic, text: Adam Lambert celebrates at the top of Billboard) Adam Lambert's most recent album 'Trespassing' has taken the number one position on the respected Billboard Top200 chart. At the same time he made history since never before has an artist known from American Idol taken over the top position from another star that started his/her career in the same show. Lambert's 'Trespassing' sold more than Carrie Underwood's 'Blown Away' which had the top spot last week and has to content itself to the third place now. In between these two came Adele with her record '21'. Lambert is, all in all, the 7th American Idol-finalist whose record has gained the number one position on the chart. 'Trespassing' is Lambert's second, and also his first number one, studio recording. Earlier, he has released 'For Your Entertainment' album in 2009 - 'Trespassing sold on its debut week 77000 units. Adam Lambert is familiar to Finns also for dating Big Brother-winner Sauli Koskinen.

Public criticism of others (for fun) ALWAYS comes back to bite you. You just know both the comment about Randy and the comment about Clay is going to come back and bite Adam. Randy always said positive things about Adam, no matter how cliche or boring. IMHO this show is a really bad choice. Adam didn't say anything bad about Randy. He said he upped his critiques this year but before that they were weak. And as far as Clay goes, who gives a fuck! Technically, Adam didn't say anything bad about Clay either. ;D Which is great considering the times Clay has dissed Adam and one time he dissed Adam's singing! WUT?! The show was great, IMO!

The people who are going to be butt hurt about Adam on this show are going to be butt hurt no matter what Adam does. He handled himself beautifully. Sorry just don't try to make Randy in to some kind of saint because that is pure bullshit. Adam didn't say anything on here that he needs to apologize for and he OWNS his behavior. If he gets flack he'll address it and move on.

I think Clay was also quoted very recently about Adam's Trespassing, saying the songs weren't very good or something to that effect. Adam rarely says anything ugly about anyone, he usually just refrains from commenting. I thought it was very cool the way he handled it. I loved the show, and watched it over and over again last night. It was so fun to watch Adam, he seemed to really be enjoying himself. On the subject that Adam has "diddled his widdle", there were rumors going around that it was Ke$sha that Adam slept with, and in previous interviews, Adam always said she tasted like strawberries or champaigne or something, can't remember exactly. Now, Adam says she tastes like toothpaste. I couldn't under stand what Beth was saying. But it really makes me wonder, yall can draw whatever conclusions you like, I have made my own assumption.

Good Goddess, I sleep in one morning and Adam has gone over to the Plaid Side. Had to look three times, thought I was still dreaming. He looked great as always, and given that audience, that ensemble was the perfect way to charmicide them over to his home planet. Wanders off to find caffeine... ETA: Skylar, I have the same reaction to Cohen's show in general, but it seemed pretty harmless. Of course, it'll get some of the FOOs all riled up but they are riled up anyway right now. Besides, it's not like Adam called him a "niche performer," or whatever it was. Yeah - and Adam didn't say that Clay's music was "awful, frightening, contrived and made his ears bleed," which is exactly what Clay said about Adam. :-/ and Adam could have said something about Clay's old stale elevator music, but he didn't. ;D I love Andy's show.

IMHO this show is a really bad choice. Seriously? I'm just wondering if you watched the show or just saw the comments in print because, IMO, the answer Adam gave about Randy was tactful and he made sure he turned it into a positive. If Randy and others get bent out of shape about something so innocuous, then I don't even know what to say. Maybe Adam should just prescreen all questions so that he doesn't dare say something that could possibly offend someone, somewhere. Everyone and everything is perfect and beautiful and above criticism at all times : . If Adam became that type of celebrity, I would no longer stan him. JMO As for Clay, he's probably one of the most tactless people out there. He has criticized Adam harshly. He is also completely irrelevant.

I have tried for about 15 minutes to compose a reply that will not piss people off and failed, so just want to say skylar, I loved your post about the DJs and watching the evolution towards open-mindedness. My two best buddies in high school were gay and for me watching all this has been a lifelong fascination. I don't give a tinker's damn about anything Idol-related, but will say that Bravo show was icky/squicky to me too. But reading the reaction here, I understand that some people like aggressive humor and so glad that audience is also being reached. skylar
