I think that's the literal interpretation but even when it's not about a romantic relationship most song writers turn it towards that because that's easiest to associate with. I think his relationship with Brad is far too removed for Take Back to be about him. JMO He said that he went back in time to revisit failed relationships for the songs. Chokehold he said was about several past relationships. He has talked about looking at his past for inspiration on many of the songs so it would seem odd NOT to expect him to include his first serious relationship in those reflections. |

Mahailia, that's because the new thread opened and all the comments are at the beginning of this thread. That T-shirt is from Adam's official fan club. You got it when you bought the Glam membership. adamlambertfans.com/ thanks mys*&@^#r. Guess I better break down and finally join ALF, has it gotten any better? No. I wish. It was my primary site for so long, but even a lot of the regulars have slipped away. I loved the blogs and I still blog over there, but there are fewer quality blogs and fewer people to read them, making it hardly worth the effort. As a site, there are no contests, nothing for sale, no exclusives ... it's just a ghost town. I find it hard to understand exactly why Adam/his management leave so much money on the table in terms of merch and fan club. |

I just came across this quote from Karl Barth and of course thought of Adam. When I watch his recent performances that is always what comes to my mind. He seems so full of JOY. He has every reason to be, but that he so authentically expresses it touches me deeply.

Listening to live Shady from this morning on repeat. while waiting for more tweets from Adam. I love it, awesome song. How can he sound this good this early in the morning? How? Are there recordings of it? I missed it as well as the interviews this morning :( this is Shady, there was also a sendspace file of NCOE and DJ's berting, posted earlier on the thread, you'll have to go back and find it.
