Isn't it funny that no one commented on "king" Joe head of radio, about his comment from the Scott and Todd show. How the dj's were berting about how each song could be a single, and how Joe said that he was looking forward to this album doing some business, because of the music being so strong.

He is singing his face off at 7:30 in the morning after doing that TV show late last night. And audience members talk thru it? No respect. No manners. Not for Adam, or for other members of the audience. It is so difficult, as a performer, to ignore that and keep on doing your thing. Frustrating. Demeaning even. Pearls before swine. Good thing Adam has experience and a strong belief in his own ability and his own voice. He focuses on the positive and keeps his forcefield up. Still, at 7:30 in the AM a small voice has to be saying, "Fuck this shit. I'm going back to bed!" |
