I was not a fan of Tommy's bass playing. It was basic and functional, but that was all. I was a naysayer to him switching to lead guitar for Era #2. I stand corrected. I like the funk and blues style he adds. I like it better than the guitarist from the GNT whose solos all sounded the same to me... a bunch of very fast, high notes. I don't know what makes a good rock guitarist, and I know he is highly regarded as such, but, I could hear the individual notes on Tommy's solos, and they were soulful. He can stay. nope.. the boys at DDD doesn't like the first guitarist either... they're hoping Adam gets a new one.. not sure what they think about this new one.. |

One last thing.....half the crowd was gone by the time he finished BE. We were at the back of the lawn and it was clearly noticeable :(
Quite a few were people with little kids, so maybe the noise and heat. IDK lots of teenagers list their shit over him.
Although she ends with... LOADS of teenagers walked out after the show wearing his tshirts and holding his CD
Anybody else comment on the size of the crowd and if a lot of them left?? |

All those still photos are so great. But the outfit is the bestest. Well, I like the plaid shirt tied around the waist, too. Wonder which designer he's channeling :-)
