It's sooo not only about the voice.
It's how he gives it all in that heat because he knows they've been waiting for him for so long in that very heat.
It's about the thorough soundcheck to insure great sound, which it was.
It's how he can afford to make jokes about wrong keys because he's that brilliant a singer and that cool a guy.
It's about the OTT spiky shorts, fluffy, downish, ginger leg hair. And the knees.
etc, etc...
So, it's about the voice and beyond. So much beyond.
