I don't think anyone is expecting what happens today to cause a big spike in iTunes or spins. We know it doesn't work like that. All I want is a start---meaning a good 10 adds, at least, including some big stations. Bottom line, for the album to have legs, the song needs to take off. And getting the stations to add is a start. And I do want to see the album begin to climb higher on iTunes; it's still only in it's 3rd week.

I'm going to go away & come back later. A watched pot never boils. I don't expect a ton of adds today but it IS impact day and the video was just released and he has the #1 album in the US & several other countries and NCOE is a great radio song and so on. So.............

So............. NAI BITING TIME FOR ME!!!!!!!!!! OK I see Stefano (an AI alumni last year) has 2 TOP 40 adds today totaling 14 and Adam has ONE totaling 4 THis is NOT sitting right w/me! THat's why I'm taking a big time out because I'm not seeing adds like perry has 37 so far today for her new single so I need to cool off >:( >:( >:( yeah yeah I know Perry is a hugh start but Adam isn't mince meat either One add is killing me right now |

I am SO SICK of Katy Perry...and I really like her. She REALLY needs to take a vacation! What has it been- three years of constant radio coverage (every hour on the hour) without a break?  Katy Perry has Gaga and Adele beat in the overexposure department x 100! At least most of Rihanna's songs are collabs with other people so you get a little something different out of her constant radio play. Katy, please go away for at least six months! |
