Rad, I'm one of those "read the end of books" people but I don't want any hints about the DVD ;D TBH, the reason I'll read the end sometimes is I like to read a book from start to finish with no stops and if it's 3 in the morning and I've been reading straight through sometimes sleep wins out so I go check the ending. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to go to sleep. When I read the Harry Potter series, some of those are about 800 pages. I would read them in one sitting. The dogs were lucky to be fed. ;D tinafea, I'm actually the complete opposite I've never read the end of a book, but have no problems watching spoilers of the DVD. I actually don't mind spoilers of reality TV shows (results of AI, SYTYCD, spoiler songs, etc). Having said that I never read the end of a book first, however, like seashell I have no problems re-reading the same books I love, over and over again. I think, it isn't the spoiler aspect of a book or tv show that I'm concerned about. I guess for me, a good book is not just about the ending. For example, I don't think reading the end of Harry Potter would have done anything for me other than confuse me. I wouldn't have gotten upset if anyone told me beforehand who was gonna die and who was gonna survive. Usagi, you are me! I NEVER read the ending of a book, but I don't mind the spoilers of the films/DVD's or what have you. But as I start to read, I must finish the book on one go like Tinafea:

WOW, after listening some 100 performances of GNT with different levels of clarity of the sound (YTs), this CD of GNT sounds just amazing. Clear sound, and as Adam said the bass line does sound like it's suppose to ak.adamofficial.com/he's calling us motherf**kers : DBTRH Haha, that's probably why it was rated "M". ;D kittybaroque kittybaroque by LambertUK Spoiler: Adam Lambert GNT DVD - back cover in OZ Rated 'M' 4 Sexual Refs & coarse language :-) #TwitPict twitpic.com/4a9n8x9 hours ago

Have to comment some more of the CD of GNT.
It is a cliche, but wow that Adam can sing like this live and more than 100 performances. It still keeps me amazed. This sounds really incredible after the lousy YT sounds .... I know people made absolutely amazing work by filming the concerts, but the sound was a problem .....

I can't even count the number of times I've read To Kill a Mockingbird, starting when I was in junior high. I don't tend to read books over again these days, although I've read the Harry Potter series five or six times; that one is fascinating because you discover anew how well Rowling pulled it all together. Sirius Black is mentioned once in the first book and then not again until the third book. The necklace that almost killed Katie Bell in the sixth book was mentioned in the second book. I am in awe of an author who can reveal such a long, complicated story over the course of seven very big books, and keep everything straight! When you think about it, reading the same book over and over is similar to listening to the same music over and over. You just want to experience the same feelings that you enjoyed the first time around! To Kill a Mockingbird was my early favorite, I've read it countless times. Hmm, maybe I should revisit it, it's been a while. But like music, I go back to my favorite books every once in a while. Only nowadays I seem to have certain AFL on full rotation... :D
