Performing at the Olympics: he doesn't deny it straight out in the Canadian TV interview and instead changes the subject a bit. I think he's going to do it but can't confirm it yet.

They are so excited, they temporarily forget to escape and, instead, break out into a dance number. Lambert isn’t known as a dancer, so he’s shown mainly from the waist up, very servicably keeping up. With the arrival of Lambert’s new album, “Trespassing” at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 last week and this extremely high concept album it’s clear that the "American Idol" season eight runner up wants to be seen in the ranks of the Lady Gagas, Beyonces and Rihannas of this world (there’s not really a male analog of Lambert right now, is there?) He talks about the Olympics at ~8:00 minute mark on the Marilyn Denis Show: www.marilyn.ca/Celebrities/segment.aspx/Daily/May2012/05_29_2012/AdamLambertHe also said the same thing on an earlier radio interview though I don't remember which one. And I agree with zeldon that he didn't directly answer the question and is being purposefully misleading on the subject.  eta: lol gelly ... great minds! |

re Olympics : Adam's face while he denied it, gave me the EXACT same impression when he denied Queen while he was in London. The EXACT same impression. Back then I believed it, I didn't know how much of a great actor he is. Not buying it now lol. He is performing with Queen. He didn't deny it. He said he isn't British.
And I don't say this because I want him to perform.
Of course I could be waaaay wrong lol.

I started to watch this interview yesterday, but clicked it off when she started rehashing Kris : IDK about the Olympics thing... He is so on message that its hard to tell. This was the exact same line he gave another interviewer a month or so ago. I'd like to see him do it, but I could see the pros and cons of it. We'll see, eh? |
