The love in that clip is tangible. It describes Adam and what he is doing perfectly. Adam glows from the love in his open, yielding and giving heart; he sends it out and people cannot help but respond in kind. It is so clear to me that love is an energetic, an active, present and powerful force. I believe Adam know this consciously and has released that force in himself, and unleashed it into the world through his being and in his music. To me, he is operating from a perspective and place that no other current pop star is working from. Love is the law and is greater than any "rules". It is spontaneous, discontinuous, non-linear, just like Adam himself. And so Adam is a game changer and I don't believe trying to apply the usual "rules of the game" to what is happening works in his case. He has broken all the rules so far and is winning. He went into the monolith of American culture on AI and conquered it by being himself. It should never have happened. He is already operating and building a future across the globe, surely and steadily, which never happens immediately to any Idol alumni. He is stepping into Freddie's shoes soon. None of these things would have been predictable, but they happened. I believe he will succeed by a combination of playing by some rules and breaking others. There will always be an element of lightning striking with Adam. To me, that unpredictability of how it all unfolds is part of the fascination. So is his bravery. Just as he believes that it is only the beginning, so do I, at a level that is beyond statistics and numbers, beyond "business as usual".

Well, both kids are out of school now that means less "Adam time" for Mommy, but I did manage to go through yesterday's thread. Boy! am I glad I did! FANTASY SPRINGS!!! I was there the first time, betcha bottom dollar I will be there again this time!
Also, I wanna go on record to say I love Canada! and I wanna move there, really! You guys absolutely rock! All these interviews (TV & radio) are total wins, especially, the Montreal TV show "Musique" was the best EVAH!!
Btw, does anyone know if the fan club will have pre-sale for Fantasy Springs? thx.
