I think the consensus is to vote for the "must Follow on Twitter" and bypass the Fan army (no way to win over the TokyoHotel" fans anyway... nica, what she is saying is that there is a way to vote for both at the same time, no splitting votes. We don't have to bypass anything. oh, my bad... thank you... going to try then.

I just listened to the new song, The Rules, and it sounds like a rumba (latin dance). I could hear this one being played on Dancing with the Stars -- I wonder if we will hear it there? Very sexy beat. I just tried to do Rumba to BTR and neither the American style nor the International style of Rumba works with this song. It is the wrong tempo and rhythm. Someone in an earlier posting mentioned Samba. It could work as a slow social Samba but does not have the speed or punch of a competitive Samba. As an avid ballroom dancer of most styles, the dance this song makes me want to do is a nice easy, sexy West Coast Swing. The heavy rhythm accents on the even beats make the song sound like a swing, but it is too slow for East Coast Swing, Jitterbug or Jive. Shady, to me, is the perfect West Coast Swing song both in terms of a nice social mid-temp and a sexy swing feel. Chokehold is a perfect slow with the right swing feel for teaching and learning new moves. Okay, after reading this, and watching the Trespassing dancers, I want So You think You Can Dance to use a bunch of Adam songs this summer. Dancy, which songs would work best with which dance songs? Surely, with the variety on the CD, there could be ballroom, hip hop, contemporary, jazz, what else?

[quote author=gabby board=daily thread=925 post=250941 time=1338680445 BUT, what I do know is that the album entered the German market on #28 in the charts in Germany. Do not know the numbers for Austria or Switzerland yet. For an album that just like here, had to climb the charts without the help of a single this is pretty good. Trespassing entered the Austrian market (date June 1st) at #28. It will climb though! No FAULT here either. Maybe the mule they need to transport it over the Alps is being stubborn.

Thanks to all who responded to my Germany video related question.
Another reason to hate the Gema, I suppose. Its when bureaucrats start strangling the world of arts by declaring that they supposedly administer their welfare.
Wow, if this is what is behind this, it could take some while before the freedom of art returns to Germany. This is an officially released video that the official owners of the publication rights and performance rights want the public to see and are willing to make available via this channel. And the Gema just says no, if we - the Gema- are not allowed to collect on your behalf then this form of distribution is not allowed on German soil.
Unbelievable
