I decided that regardless of the result I won't give up and I'm gonna fight to make my dream come true. Although Idk what the future will bring I know I did everything to succeed, so I have no reproach, Be it as it may, time heals all my wounds. I just need some time to relax.... ETA> I made some stupid mistakes but there is no exam for me w/o them.... I'm thinking positive thoughts ame....this go around was the charm! Relax today.

So, is it about 3PM in London right now or am I entirely off? LOL! (I know I'm a bit *off* LOL , really just mean about the time) I'm wondering if I have enough time to mow the lawn before Adams interview? Yes, Glittergma - the clock at the top of the Atop page says 9.20 now and it's 3.20 pm here in the uk.... you've got time - though I suppose it depends how big your garden is... Thank you, sophieb! I've got time to do half & then take an Adam break! I was pretty sure London was 6 hrs. ahead of me. Oops, just noticed I let too much time go by wandering thru twitter. Guess I'll get everything ready & then wait until after. I'm such a procrastinator. :

Been thinking about Adam's time in London. Not the album promo (although that's pretty exciting knowing he is at the verge of breaking in there) but Queen. What an epic time this will be for him.
Just imagine, as a boy Adam singing in front of the mirror to his dad's Queen albums. Freddie must have represented all that Adam wanted to be but never imagined he would achieve -- a cheering audience spanning forever, costumes and drama, a vocal range that was what Adam was working so hard to achieve, world wide accolades.
And on top of all that Freddie was gay. No doubt Adam was in the midst of his personal struggles with his sexuality and here was a man who not only achieved greatness but also did it while being gay. Freddie had Adam's family's respect and the respect of people across the planet. What that message must have meant to him!
But like us all who dream as children, we know theses stars are untouchable. They are only what we wish we could be not what we really think we will be. We learn about our heroes, read books and watch documentaries, pour over their music. Imagine the power Adam must have felt while blasting their music in his headphones.
Now Adam is in London. He will be at rehearsals with these very legends. The mentors of all mentors, they will give him advice about performances and vocals, all while praising him and encouraging his own skills. At some point he will no doubt be casually sitting down in Brian or Roger's living rooms, talking about Freddie in a way only they can. He will know Freddie and the others in a deeper way than imaginable. He will know that it was his hard work and talents that brought him to this place. In every sense, he will be walking in Freddie's footsteps, all while cheered on by the worlds greatest mentors and by fans who will see him for his own personal strengths and power.
These kinds of dream-come-true stories don't happen often. The Universe really came through big-time with this one. Adam so deserves it!!!

Looks like VH-1 removed the view counter on NCOE video. There are comments about how many views the video had & how many more it needed to reach the countdown. MTV shows NCOE views at "12". Here is the link if anyone wants to give it some views. www.mtv.com/music/artist/lambert_adam_american_idol_/artist.jhtmlBonus: 4th video is the full EMA Queen performance(over 7 min) That info about how many views it needs to reach countdown is BS, I think. When BTIKM was on the countdown, there were several videos with less than 20K views.
