Does anyone use Real Player to download videos? Are you having problems with it? I use Real Player but download function doesn't work anymore. I don't know why, maybe it has something to do with my internet security software :-/ Mine isn't working either....(free version). Oh well, I've got another program installed which I can use. Someone said it had to do with YouTube blocking the downloads....dunno.

... 7m Nile Rodgersþ@nilerodgers So much for a nice relaxing day in Manchester. Is he gonna make it in time for his show with Chic, Sparro, etc.? Nile has festival performances on saturday and sunday. Plenty of time to get there but unfortunately not so relaxed as planned. He is at JFK waiting for the airline to find another airplane (the original one was out of order), maybe needs to spend the night at airport hotel. ETA Sam Sparro is not on the bill this weekend (I checked). The festival they will both be playing at takes place later, June 17 if I remember correctly.

Adam again chooses to change the subject when asked about performing with Queen at the Olympics. The line about not being British so he wouldn't be allowed to perform - it's not true and he doesn't deliver it with any veracity. My money says he'll be on stage with them but for various reasons, can't confirm anything yet.

Real Player used to work great for my vid DLs, but now...NOT! Maybe it IS a problem with my Internet security. Will have to try once with it all disabled. Have to do that now when I want to sync iPhone with my iTunes on computer. Weird. Thanks for the tip, Adamme!

Does anyone use Real Player to download videos? Are you having problems with it? I use Real Player but download function doesn't work anymore. I don't know why, maybe it has something to do with my internet security software :-/ With older versions the download box would automatically appear in the upper right hand corner of the video. No longer. Now I copy the url of the video I want (not just YouTube). Then go to Real Player. In the upper left hand corner click Real Player > File > New > New Web Browser. When the box appears, paste the url and start the video. The "download" box appears. Click it. The downloader box appears and shows progress. When finished, be sure to click "library" in lower left hand corner. Otherwise your video may be saved, but you won't know where it is! You may be doing all this already and there is another problem, but it was trial and error for me, so forgive me if I've over-simplified. BTW, I use the free version. Am using IE. Many before have mentioned how much stuff we've learned because of Adam - computer stuff, "urban" vocabulary, etc., etc. To say nothing of all the great people we've come to know. Thanks, Adam!!

Wonderful interviews too. The guy interviewing him clearly did his homework. He guess that he is probably not listening to AL from morning til night and therefore did not know a ton about Adam and his music before the interview, but he worked it out and so the overall result is a meeting that is both more welcoming and more informative and more straightforward than many others I have seen. Here, in this rather foreign world of MLB we get zero gay talk and instead just a respectful conversation and for most of their typical visitors a wonderful introduction to Adam. Even this page where all the videos are housed is well done. Why can't Adam encounter this everywhere. This is so nice to see.
