If you see glampoon post, maybe not many of them are diehard fans so they don't know that he's in his promo tour in UK plus Trespassing's not out yet until July 2nd. For some of the audience Adam was just performing in the club and they want to hear some old and some new songs. Ya know I'm sure most people loved Adam.. how could they not. If a couple were disappointed with song choices so be it.I bet the general impression in the audience was that Adam slayed it. Oh definitely, I'm just saying that it was a valid complaint given the audience. |

I think it was a valid comment but it doesn't seem to be a wide-spread issue -- just one complaint and one mention that I can find.

I see this just the opposite. Before I became an Adam fan, I didn't have a clue about a "single" vs. any other song on an album, so I would be likely to request any song I liked to hear. It is only since becoming a fan that I have been instructed to only request "THE SINGLE" ... therefore, only as a "cray" fan would I request only the single. And BTW, I am way beyond normally intelligent ... While the "less than normal intelligence" bit of justkaren's post is not very nice :-/, you really should only be requesting the single. Most people who request at radio would only request the single because that's what they would know is out or past singles because they have already been out and played by the station. If you request album tracks they will ignore you and think you are a cray fan even if you are not. That goes for fans of any artist by the way not just Adam. They will see people who request random songs as people who do not listen to their station much if at all. I respectfully disagree to a point. My station is not playing Adam's new single and didn't play BTIKM. They play the shit out of WWFM but nothing new. (If not for the internet and this site I probably wouldn't even know Adam had a new song out). I can imagine one who listens to the radio (as I do from 8:30 AM til 5:00 PM every work day) and yes, I hear Adele 10 times a day and Goyte and that Call Me Maybe girl. And for instance they still play Live Like Your're Dying by KA but not his new one. And yes, we may be a "bit" behind but I can totally understand why someone would request an "older" song (if that's what they hear on the radio) and not necessarily know there is a new one out. Or maybe they just frigging like that song and would like to hear it. I don't know. I know nothing. And sorry for not reading the thread before I comment but by the time I get through the thread (it's been outrageous lately) LOL I will have already forgotten what I was even wanting to comment on and probably couldn't find it anyway. Sorry if that's annoying! JMO (with a  on my face. |

This Daz guy cannot speak for the whole club at all. He's fallen into the trap of projecting a vibe he has cottoned on to, onto everyone. Not credible.
