Sirius 20 on 20 still does not have Adam on its request list (the one on their website). After writing in NCOE, I thought to check if it was on their media base request form. It was. Also Saturday I wondered if 20 on 20 was a Top 40 station because the music was kind of "alternative". Q3 assured me it was. I checked their playlist today (the website request list) and there is no Katy Perry, etc. It is mostly new artists (Stefano from Idol), artists who don't get much play (Robin Thicke) and I assume artists with new songs being "tested" (new Chris Brown song). It's like a "bubbling under Top 40" station. I also requested on Sirius Hits 1. For someone in St. Louis, those are the only request options. Once a week I request on the STL Top 40 station and the HAC one. But I have no expectation anything by Adam will be played here. Rick Santorum did very well in Missouri and the State legislation almost passed a law like the one in Tennessee that would make it against the law to even say the word "gay" in schools. No worries.... Here is a link to a list of the monitored stations for Mediabase Top 40: addboard.mediabase.com/ReportingPanel.asp?format=H1The #2 listing: >SiriusXM X003-FM XM Satellite Radio, Inc. Channel 3 is 20 on 20: www.siriusxm.com/channellineupThe other SirusXM station on the Top 40 monitored stations is SiriusXM Hits 1 -- Within 24 hours after a song is played on a radio station, the song appears on the Mediabase request form for the next 7 days. It is automatic. -- In St. Louis you can also send a WEEKLY request to these stations: St. Louis Top 40 KSLZ-FM Clear Channel Communications Phone:314-333-8000 Website: www.z1077.com/main.html Mediabase: www.mediabase.com/mmrweb/7/stationplaylistrequest.asp?c_let=KSLZ-fm St. Louis HAC KYKY-FM Onlline: y98.radio.com/ Media base: www.mediabase.com/mmrweb/7/stationplaylistrequest.asp?c_let=KYKY-fm CBS Radio Phone: 314-531-0000 Full list here: adamtopia.com/index.cgi?board=strategy&action=display&thread=650#ixzz1xUSiDfo0Read more: adamtopia.com/index.cgi?board=strategy&action=display&thread=650#ixzz1xUSOnoxO

HAPPY BIRTHDAY winks, kiwifever, gambrell4u, AND ljsmack2!!
I'll continue with the "thoughts on the temporary band" theme....didn't notice much difference instrumentally, except for the drums perhaps. I think Isaac is more hard hitting? (I love Isaac).... quite like the male back-up singers as compared to the females (refuse to call them vaginas...euphemism notwithstanding, sorry ). The boys meld nicely with Adam's voice - or is that just because I'm hearing a backing track? Dunno... sorry nationalglampoon - guitar player is yawn worthy to me. I don't see or hear anything extraordinary about him. like the bass player's enthusiasm - love how she manages to jump so much.... unlike others here, I miss Brian's banter AND his dancing - I think he gives a really cool spirit to the band and an urban/hip hop vibe with all the "yea, yea..yea's" etc. LOVE IT. other than that.....quite happy both performances came off so smoothly - they certainly didn't seem to have much time to practice together.

I think it is great that a temp band can step in and do a good job. It gives Adam more options as he promotes abroad. I also think Brian is a very cool character and adds a lot to the mix. He is poised, professional and charismatic but doesn't at all detract from Adam. I also sense he really is watchful and has Adam's back even while he himself is busy performing.

I think it's great when a temp band can step in and do a credible job. It relieves Adam of the extra large expense and logistics of traveling the entire band along with him. Kudos to the temp band. 8-)
