One of the most enjoyable parts of the introduction of Brian as MD is the obvious joy he brings to the set. I've wished many times the band would act more alive and show the audience how fun it is to be part of the AFL performance . This is the video of Shady that I watch every day at least once ...and Brian's dancing which I believe makes Adam happy to see, also makes me grin like an idiot.

[/quote] I don't get the love for the UK band. I don't think they are even close to as good as Adam's real band. The UK band has zero stage presence, and there's just something lacking about the sound, for me. I notice it most in the drums. The only thing I think is cool about the UK band is that the lady has great legs!  |

The UK band has zero stage presence... See, and this is something I appreciate. I don't need backing musicians with stage presence. Au contraire, the more they don't distract from Adam visually or with their playing or singing (good or bad), the better. And to be honest, for me, the pink out-of-place headbanging is distracting unfortunately. But that's just me probably  8-) |
