Sirius 20 on 20 still does not have Adam on its request list (the one on their website). After writing in NCOE, I thought to check if it was on their media base request form. It was.
Also Saturday I wondered if 20 on 20 was a Top 40 station because the music was kind of "alternative". Q3 assured me it was. I checked their playlist today (the website request list) and there is no Katy Perry, etc. It is mostly new artists (Stefano from Idol), artists who don't get much play (Robin Thicke) and I assume artists with new songs being "tested" (new Chris Brown song). It's like a "bubbling under Top 40" station.
I also requested on Sirius Hits 1. For someone in St. Louis, those are the only request options. Once a week I request on the STL Top 40 station and the HAC one. But I have no expectation anything by Adam will be played here. Rick Santorum did very well in Missouri and the State legislation almost passed a law like the one in Tennessee that would make it against the law to even say the word "gay" in schools.

Haven't kept up recently but just watched the fabulous G-A-Y performances and Adam was great, much more relaxed, having fun. Random thoughts: 1. I am a fan of the back-tracking. And, yes, I know the drawbacks. I feel Adam is WAY better live than on his previous album but this era I have found myself missing the layers when he is live, and--shock--actually preferring the album for some of the songs. Nobody's voice can come close to Adam's even in the backing vocals. 2. I am happy to have a non-speaking band. Kevin's banter reminds me of Ed McMann. We don't need another character on stage--anybody but Adam is distracting to me. I prefer KI and Shady with the backing tracks! Who is Kevin and when does he speak on stage? I'm confused!

Kevin was the keyboard player before Brian, and it's Brian who was talking with Adam on stage, not Kevin.

I'm just catching up with the GAY performances and Adam was so loose and having such a great time.. awesome to see! Adam sounds fantastic and the band sounds great too.. amazes me how well they sound with what I assume to be little practice. ;D
ETA how does that guitarist bounce up and down with those heels?!

Brian was talking so that there would not be a long gap of slience while Adam was talking to the sound guys.

I enjoy the band and backup singers. I enjoy the backing track when they're not there.
