is the Winstar Casino show also a strictly Adam concert like FS and Costa Mesa? I know Pac Amp is larger but are FS and Winstar similar in size? I wonder if any of these shows are "data gathering" to gage interest and what size venues make the most sense when he does tour. It will be interesting to see how many"one offs" he schedules over the next several months. It could be or it might just be a way to make a quick buck while keeping the radio promo going. Looking at the response to ticket sales so far, it looks as if Adam's 2013 tour will stay about the same as the GNT or even favor the smaller type venues from the first tour. That's pretty much to be expected since Adam is three years removed from Idol. This all could change if Adam could get a couple of decent sized Pop radio hits like he had last time. Yes, I don't think it's a bad thing if he has a tour similar to the last one in terms of venue size. Adam could put on a great show on a street corner. I see Adam as a new artist right now. He is establishing himself as a legitimate artist and it's going to be lots of work and not an overnight success. I'm thrilled he's received critical success for Trespassing and hopefully with time the rest will come.

Q3
I can't seem to send you a PM. Every time I try, the capital Q changes to lower case and I get an error message. Very frustrating. Could you PM me and I will respond with my question?

Fantasy Springsþ@FantasySprings Why doesn't eveybody have their tickets for @adamlambert yet? About an hour ago. Is there an issue in ticket sales? Interesting because on Stub Hub there are only 6 tickets left. I think that the venue must have more. Wonder how many more.

Fantasy Springsþ@FantasySprings Why doesn't eveybody have their tickets for @adamlambert yet? About an hour ago. Is there an issue in ticket sales? Tix sales for both Pac Amp and FS are slower than in 2010. Adam is 3 years away from Idol, and I think there is still lack of awareness of his new music (due in part to lack of strong radio play here in the LA market). In 2010, both of these venues sold out pretty quickly; Pac Amp even added a second date. This year, tix for Pac Amp went on sale 5/19; as of today, 54% of tix are sold, according to the Ticketmaster website. I can't see exact tix sales for FS, but judging from the "best seats available" that come up on their website, I'd say they've sold about the same percentage (although tix for FS just went on sale last Friday). Mods: sorry, wasn't sure where to post this, here or in the Numbers thread. ETA: Just wanted to add: if anyone knows people who might be interested in seeing Adam at Pac Amp, please let them know that it really is a great place to see a concert. Good view even from the back Terrace sections. The tix in that section are cheap (<$50), and you get entrance to the Orange County Fair, too, as part of the tix price.

Winstar Casino date is Adam only. He's performing in Winstar's Global Event Center which has seating capacity of 3,400. winstarworldcasino.com/events/view/adam-lambertFantasy Springs Special Events Center capacity is to 2,300 to 3,400 seats. (venue seating is adjusted according to performer booked and tix sales.) Is the new Fantasy Springs concert sold out? or not yet? The first Fantasy Springs concert didn't sell out right away. The fans in the know snapped up the better seats right away, but it took a while for the back of the house to sell. I think it is pretty much the same this time around. peace&love

Same with the other casino locations.

The easiest way to PM someone is to use the little envelope icon under their avatar b/c mail needs to be sent to a members LOGIN name, not their display name. Ergo, Q3's mail name is "ADMIN" as she is the site administrator. ETA: And mine is "HoppersSkippersMin" because there were less characters available for a login name than a display name.
