Well apparently The TorontoSun, has so many comments...Many negative, it's being pulled down to remove comments.........according to twitter. The article is not pulled down, they just removed the few hate comments and then closed comments. Smart move! Lots of good comments left, and now they don't have to monitor it anymore! I don't think anyone would ever argue that a poll is worth more than radio or that winning anything fan-based is top priority (or even a particularly good idea, in many cases) However, a poll originating from Billboard or Rolling Stone is probably always worth looking into. yup... given the fact (see ame's post above) media loves going with all kinds of "sex" or scandal related "news" and pretty much ignores any substance - this poll, coming from a respected source is awesome PR. It looks like it will generate more publicity than a Grammy nomination...unfortunately.... I see this as a useful WIN. this is one of the things we, the fans, accomplished. We do what we can. |

IMHO I believe Adam will survive the ups and downs of show business,even crazy radio.. There are many singers who have had fine careers without being tops on radio.
Of course I want everyone to hear him through the airwaves ,that's why I'm voting my tush off.
The turtle and the hare keep coming to mind in thinking about Adam.. Maybe it's a bit symbolic for me..because I truly believe that Adam's musical career and whatever else he chooses to do,let's say movies,will be like the turtle. Sure and steady , the eventual winner in the race to show business longevity. I think about the young singers running out to buy expensive new homes with even a glint of success, a member of New Direction comes to mind,while Adam sure and steady is renting a home. It's not that I think Adam feels he won't be successful but that maybe he knows there will be ups and downs and he is preparing for it all.
We won't lose him,he will be around for a long time making great music for us, his fans.

I just read that we don't get the physical copy of NCOE here in Germany that should be out in June! They cancelled it! This is the first single of Adam that is not released as a physical copy here! :-[ I'm so sad about it!  We need a "German Shoshanna", urgent!  |

I just wanted to say I had a great time in chat last night visiting with some of you. I hope others will join in as their schedules allow :D I know a lot of people love chat but I don't. It pulls people out of the regular thread and everything in chat goes poof eventually! I know it isn't for everyone but it gives members a place to go off topic and it is only available in the late evening( at least for the eastcoasters) I imagine if there's something exciting going on with Adam most will choose to stay in the main thread  |
