OT - but I've been waiting for my Adam Lambert LA Weekly Collectible magazine to arrive, checking my mailbox almost everyday. Well the package actually arrived last month, the postman delivered it to the Apt. office. ;D .. so happy

ETA Hoppers, I am so going to use these videos! What a great way to make some otherwise dull facts interesting! Thank you :D ( I'm a teacher) [grin] You can find a lot of them on YouTube, but I'd really recommend buying the compendium CD. So *totally* worth it in terms of video quality and sound. Ummm....and to get this back to Adam.... [grins evily] Adam may have also seen Schoolhouse Rock on Saturday mornings as a kid! ;D I LOVE me some School House Rock!! |

Jerry and I went to B&N today to get my NOOK in order. We were sent back to the music department to talk to a young girl. There was a woman there buying CD's for her husband for father's day. Of course, we jumped on her immediately and talked her into buying Adam's Trespassing. She had picked up the regular album and when I noticed I said "oh no, you must get the deluxe copy because the bonus songs are some of the best songs on the album." Then I shoved the deluxe copy into her hands. We continued to talk music and became quite friendly. As we walked out of the store together she looked at her sales slip and said "that album better be great because it just cost me $17.99." I bought one from B&N online for $8.99. I really felt bad. Why would they put a price like that on his album? They might sell a lot more if it were a little less expensive. Oh well, I got one person to buy it. I was happy. I just hope her husband loves it. She said her husband liked him on idol and she didn't, but she thought he should have won. Crazy day today. Thanks for being a role model (along with Jerry), irish1139 - I'll carve out a little Target time and hang out in music section to make CD "recommendations" in next day or so. :-) |

Oh boy - do I agree with you - imagination is a marvelous thing. And what "bedroom eyes" those are. :What gets me first are the eyes, they are smoldering. Then his lips stand out, and I keep wondering "where have those lips been and what have they been doing." Then that long slender body and the legs. This is one of the sexiest pictures of a man I have ever seen without showing any skin at all. There is something unseen radiating from that man. You can almost see it in that picture, almost reach out and touch it. I do know you sure can feel it. I just noticed the picture didn't come over with the post. It is the one of him on that chaise. |

But, I can't remember if it was HyVee or Walmart. I know I looked at it for a bit and then passed it by...lol! I do love peanut butter & chocolate together, but Reeses will have to do. I don't know what I'd do with a peanut butter/chocolate spread. On bread just doesn't seem right. ?? |
