Darlings I need help, I have to be up in like 5 hours for an exam, been led in bed for three hours just gasping and sweating in heat, I have a thin sheet and my window and door are open How can I get to sleep so I don't fail this exam?? cool shower, soft white noise, uh, self gratification?
