jmo radio 1 needs to play NCOE if its to chart here it is still probably the most listened to station along with radio 2 (no adverts)
last era the comercial stations spun fye and wdwfm and they hit the low 30,s on the charts (if i remember correctly no time to look out stats),although capital is spinning ,my local stations ,borders forth1 +2 were spinning adam ,they are not (yet) capital does not cover the whole of the uk ,i can only listen on line or through digital tv,
as of era one he needs the support of bbc

So the Graham Norton Show appearance was also postponed - a MONTH? Was originally 6/22 & now scheduled for 7/22. Does that mean he will tape on the original date but it won't be aired for a month? Anyone know?

I think that Pressparty article is wrong July 22 is a Sunday ...Graham Norton is on Fridays i.e June 22
The show has a good sized audience but can't see why they would delay release just for that ! Anyway we have known he will be on it for 2 weeks...why wait until now to delay the date ?
ETA They tape the day before airing Never known them to wait a month !!

Thanks Nationalglampoon! Do you think the delay might be to let the song pick-up more on radio? That would make sense. So good to have UK people here---what's your general feeling about the Queen concerts? Will this be a big "buzzed about" event in UK/Europe. Originally, I thought the Queen stuff was a no brainer for Adam in terms of huge exposure and promo. But, nothing this era has quite rolled-out the way I expected, lol, so what's your take. idk. I could understand the delay to July 2nd cause of the Queen stuff. This extra week delay makes absolutely no sense ??? Maybe there's some other big album out that week? no clue There's quite some buzz about it already, when I posted about it on Facebook I got some likes from some very unexpected people so word must be going around quickly. I think they'll be a smash and he'll get great publicity and appearances. Is that enough to get him on Radio 1 is the only question ??? |
