I didn't like the show. I didn't like the stories. I didn't like his suit. I didn't like the shortened song in a different key. I didn't like that Graham mentioned the #1 album and release dates. I'm Grumpy!  JUST KIDDING. I loved it all.   
I'm with you, girl! Soooo grumpy and disappointed!! 
Seriously though, I love Graham Norton Show, have been watching forever; he's hilariously witty and charming. The performance was absolutely gorgeous (I actually like it better than the Idol one), and as usual Adam looked like a million bucks!! Great exposure, here is hope for great results ahead!  |

I think Adam sounded wonderful and it was great to have him featured on the show when he is a relative unknown in the UK. It is also probably standard practice for musical guests to not be featured in the "talk" part of the show. But, I keep wondering when these late night talk shows like Leno will latch on to the idea that Adam is a great TALK SHOW guest as well as a great musical guest. Sigh.
As for the shortened version, no one but an ardent fan would notice. But, as an ardent fan, I did. Adam has a wonderful way of building an arc in a song with a beginning, middle and end; intro, build, climax, and resolution, just like a story. When they edit the performance that is lost. It didn't have the impact it would have in its entirety. But, as I said, no one else will know what they missed, only what they heard, which was super.
