Bridgey, can you shed some light on the state of Adam's new music on oz radio? it seems the oz radio has been less than enthusiastic about his singles this time around, in big contrast to last era. Carrie has been charting on ARIA every week since her album's release, but Adam hasn't been for the past 3 weeks. Thx! I don't know what's up with his singles. They don't seem to be getting support. Part of it l think is presence. He hasn't been down here and phone interviews are fine but not the same. I don't know if label over estimated his support down here based on era one - he's still a new artist ... Bottom line I have no damn idea and l avoid top 40 radio like plague because Florida music and the like makes me stabby and that's all they seem to play.
Thanks! Bridgey  You might just be right on the money about the possibility of RCA being over-confident about last era's influence, and Adam still being a new artist, especially a not-quite-established radio artist. Hopefully, his upcoming Oz promo will turn things around!  |

My husband and I went to Walmart today and made our usual stop in the CD dept. Of course, Adam's CD's were all over the place and we had to dig through the L's to find him. But find him we did, and collected all his albums and made a place for him on the top shelf right next to Lopez. There were only five Trespassing albums (not even one deluxe) to be found. They now all sit in a place next to a tab that says "POP" and near a big "L" that you can't miss. Hope someone wanders through and picks one up. I have given out most of my Trespassing albums. I have one left after sending one to my niece in NYS. I hope she loves it. Go Adam.....
