Karen I don't have the FAULT email address. This same email came to me today from info@booksmagazines.com with a cc going to nick@fault-magazine.com I'm totally disgusted with it all too.

Maddie509 I received the same email earlier today. Not sure I want to pay another 7 pounds for shipping. I'm still hoping mine will turn up. I might cave in if nothing showed up by this Sat.

Sorry, but that's sixteen kinds of bullshit. They're responsible for delivering the product. If you haven't received it, you shouldn't have to fork over additional $$$ for something you've already paid for.

I haven't gotten the e-mail either, and I am owed 2 FAULTs. Are you serious that we're supposed to pay another 7 pounds for re-delivery? That's another 10 bucks. I'm determined to get a refund instead, this is absolutely ridiculous and disgraceful.

But...but...wait!! Then, this afternoon I received an email from FAULT! Here is the main gist of it:
"Dear Customer,
We are writing to you because you are on our list of people who have either a) not yet received their copy(ies) of FAULT Issue 10 or b) have received damaged goods and would like to order replacements.
Due to the inordinate delays with this delivery (final set of orders were dispatched on 20th May), ... Did anyone else receive such email as well??
No, I didn't receive this email, and I must say it really pi***es me off ... I ordered 3 copies, so I am more than $75 into this fiasco, and I haven't received sh*t! Would someone please send me the FAULT email address so I can communicate directly with them? The only address I have is the agency who supposedly mailed them ... Have you tried contacts from their page?: fault-magazine.com/contact/

wait...FAULT can't ask you to pay for shipping a replacement magazine when you've ALREADY PAID to have the original delivered! It was their responsibility to get it to you....they should eat the cost. I'm rather stunned. GOOD LUCK!!
