From my dimly remembered business law courses, in the US according to the Uniform Commercial Code the contract isn't completed until the buyer physically receives the goods, unless the contract specifically says otherwise. Therefore, shipping/delivery problems are for the vendor to solve (and pay for) not the recipient. Are things that much different elsewhere? |

Nope... this radio has played Adam songs since beginning... since FYE.... now they have played... NCOE and BTR every day... DJ loved BTR, then he solved to play this song since last week... then several people have liked of this song, then... many people have requested it every day.... and GELLY14 is totally right when wrote some pages ago... : " I think it fits perfectly with the Brazil vibe"... I agree with her!  That is sooo cool :D I love BTR so much. I thought it was strange that a Japanese bonus track is getting good airplay in South America is all ;D Not strange I guess but unexpected... and did I mention SUPER COOL? Especially it getting tons of requests :D |

Well, I just have to say, Brian & Roger are soo supportive of Adam and it makes me happy. Watching them on dif videos I can see how much they love Adam and his talent. Adoption papers indeed.
