Will be epic if he has any voice left (ducks behind rock)... Hammersmith will be the first time he's singing 2 days in a row and he goes all out, so I hope there are no other interviews scheduled during that time. I've thought about how he maintains and protects his voice too. I know on a few occasions he's worked with a vocal coach on the road to help him warm up (and whatever else a vocal coach does). He's probably done some consulting, don't you think?

Trespassing Adam LambertReleased: 9 July 2012 Genre: Pop 3 out of 5 Stars www.virginmedia.com/music/reviews/adam-lambert-tresspassing.phpFrom American Idol to fronting the latest incarnation of Queen, Adam Lambert's been on quite a ride.To handle the two extremes takes some personality, and fortunately Lambert has no shortage of it. He has the kind of voice to challenge Meat Loaf at his most operatic and enough presence to ensure he's no flash in the pan. But his second album sees him trying to find his own niche in pop, a setting to suit his undoubted star power. It's almost a pity that he – or his management – has chosen the electro-rock style so prevalent in the charts right now, from The Wanted to Katy Perry. He could've discovered his own space. Still, the collaborators are of the finest quality, from Pharrell Williams producing the flashy, pumping title track to Chic legend Nile Rodgers and Sam Sparro joining forces for Shady, where Scissor Sisters appear to meet Daft Punk. Zappy funk fuels Never Close Our Eyes and wonky house pokes in on Kickin' In as Lambert cruises through an exultant first half, but overegged ballads soon take centre-stage. Lambert's range on the emotive stuff is impressive, yet a snip here and there would mean a neater, more concise record. No bad effort though.

Does anybody have a mp4 download for "Friday Download" with just Adam singing his song to the kids or just the parts Adam was in on the show? I don't want the parts where the kids are talking to other guests. If you do could you please PM it to me? Thanks.

Speaking of...yesterday I gained a whole new empathy for diehard Queen fans: I saw one of those old Weight Watchers ads where JHud sings "Feelin' Good." She's warbling away (talk about a melisma addict) and I'm sitting there with my arms crossed and muttering, "THAT'S NOT HOW IT GOES." >:( This reminds me of a post I saw on Adam Without Pity during the Season 8 American Idol tour, when Adam was doing the Bowie medley. Someone wrote, "I'm watching David Bowie sing 'Fame' on VH1. He's singing it wrong."
