You know what? I am fine with not seeing Adam and Queen live in London. I really am! I know nothing takes the place of LIVE, but that Kiev video has appeased me. What I am REALLY sad about is that there are so many Atoppers I won't be meeting!  |

Arrgh! One of my pet peeves is unnecessary quotation marks (ranks second after unnecessary apostrophes). What are the quotes around "hat" in the above tweet supposed to signify? That it's not really a hat? Adam just calls it a hat? It's a small animal being worn as a hat? What?
Brian looks like Willy Wonka or a Harry Potter character in this picture.

WOnderful post cassie! I have a feeling too, that the concert DVD and some kind of recording/song writing is in the horizon ..... don't know how or for what (Adam #3 or just a single). I DO NOT WANT ADAM recording the current Queen songs, most people will prefer Freddie's voice for Queen songs. If they will record some songs, I hope they'd be Brian's or Freddie's new songs that have never been recorded. However, this chances are slim, because if they make new songs, they have to promote IT. I don't think it will happen, NONE OF THEM HAVE TIME TO DO IT. IF THEY END UP IN THE STUDIO, I WANT THEM TO RECORD THE JAMES BOND SONG. ;D ;D He already did record a BOND song... is on the current album  Chokehold would be a quintessential Bond song. I can see the opening credits in my head everytime I listen to it. |

Not sure what you mean by that. It has nothing to do with their relationship, which I think is wonderful, it's to do with the actual songs. He didn't write Naked Love and it has a completely different sound than the ones I mentioned. There is just something about the sound of those songs (kind of middle-easternly) that I don't love. Just different musical tastes.
Chokehold is in that category for me too. I adore every other song on the album!
And his voice on BE is absolutely gorgeous. No complaints there! :D
(I'm much behind, but I noticed this). I tried to be funny. You wrote in your original post: "I'm glad there are no more than 3 songs about Sauli on the album because I think they are among the weakest songs." |
