So, MAP :D :D :D I heart it, I heart it mucho! It's soft and gentle, it's personal, it's as if he lets me be privy to the most tender pillow talk... I feel honoured in a way... The lyrics are frank, loving and exciting in their openness. I know how truthful they are, which makes me love it even more, but I guess for general audiences it can be what it is, a sweet love song, the one which does not end up in tears. And the beat reminds me of the motion of two bodies touching, hands and feet, fingers and hair, arms and legs intertwining, the caresses exchanged rhythmically in that familiar dance as old as humankind. It can be taking place in the club or in the bedroom, wherever, it's irrelevant... One of many joys of life, but difficult to come by;) What I love about the love songs on Trespassing is how unpretentious they are, how not melodramatic. I like the way Adam approached them, I find their subtlety and finesse very appealing. As loud and in-your-face as Adam can be, and fabulously rock that Dragon Attack jacket on stage, he is extremely refined and delicate in love talk. He could have taken another approach, which I know is very much part of him, fierce, visceral, testosterone-driven one, but he didn't. And as much as I've guessed there is an emotional, tender part in Adam, I had no idea what it looked like. Adam who declares his love, the Romeo or Cyrano de Bergerac in him, appears in these songs and there are no words which can describe how much I love it. Iloveitiloveitiloveit!!!!!!! One of many joys of life, but difficult to come by;)You are such a talented writer....

I really like this new version - arc works better and is more dramatic for it (but then I know next to nothing about this stuff)

I'm serious... I think Queen & Adam should tour in a number of other countries... such as... Brazil - of course - Argentina, Mexico, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Swiss, Netherlands, France, Portugal, Spain, Japan, China, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and of course in USA.... even if just only ONE "city" by each country!!!!! I'm absolutely certain that... the crowd would be huge in every place they could perform!!!!

Yes but Adam wouldn't have a solo career by the end of it... one extra show in US wouldn't be the worst thing in the world though.

Thank you, but I'm not a writer, you give me way too much credit. :D Just another poster in love with Adam Lambert. ETA I forgot to say re his singing on MAP , it feels quiet, you know, he doesn't sing loudly or uses those runs and whatever they are called, but it feels so powerful at the same time. MJ sometimes sang like that, almost through his gritted teeth and it sounded very strong. So, it reminds me of it.
