Welcome to atop alfanforever! I know why you want to go to the QOL forum and try to convince the members there that Adam is a gift from god, which he really is. It is rational to think positive about Adam, because he is just unbelievably good in what he does. But there is no rationality if it comes to music. Just a lot of feelings. But at some point it became cool to „hate“ Adam, at least in the hardcore Queen forums. And there is nothing what anyone can do about it. So I tend to ignore these people and just let them be bitter. I am on cloud nine if it comes to QAL and in my heart there is room for Freddie AND Adam, and I pity those who can‘t enjoy the miracle of QAL...

Often when I feel a little down I go to this video and watch it around the 2 minute mark. Over and over again... And after all these years still feel the magic, still feel these seconds are the beginning of something so unique and so utterly perfect, that it's almost unreal. Makes me teary eyed every single time

I haven't even had time to collect my thoughts after last week or write a recap, real life has kicked in quite badly again. What has stayed is the undercurrent of happiness that I saw them. Queen and Adam, they really are balm for the soul. They heal. I really don't know what to do with the thought that one day QAL won't exist anymore. My conviction to love them and enjoy them as much as I possibly can while they still perform together has only grown bigger through this. What a precious thing that we are able to witness this collaboration. Yes, it is indeed a very precious thing. After the Munich concert I've been on a high and still am. And you're right - it won't last forever, but let's cherish it as long as it lasts.

betty! So good to have you back on atop It was so wonderful to meet you and Ralf again, although it was just a short meeting. But everything worked out for Bianca and me - first row baby But so sorry to hear that you've been sick, hope you're doing much better now. And thank you so much for your recap. I really appreciate all those little stories from people all around the world... crazy how music connects us and lets us feel like good friends, although we didn't really know us beforehand.

Unfortunately the photographer is right - Brian has no right to post a photo of himself without credits because she has the copyrights on it BUT - and this is a really huge BUT - I think you have to be an absolute stickler for the rules to claim those rights in a case like this. Because what does the photographer have to win with such an action? And what to lose? I am a professional photographer and copyrights are like a jungle of paragraphs, but the saying goes like this: what goes around comes around. So if she felt bad because Brian didn't give her proper credits she could have written it in the comments or tried to reach him. But what she did is an absolute no-go. And I understand Brian's reaction totally - and btw it was the most polite and nice FU of all times

augenpoesie , this is my first post since Munich - I was there too and I agree on crowd energy and the total bliss that was had, in fact my whole section on the lower rise was on their feet, but I think the setlist was awesome!! I wouldn’t change much except add more songs as the concert went by too fast. Loved WWFM btw. I think it works better than Two Fux. Hi Sizzling! The setlist is awesome! No doubt bout that, BUT - there has to be a modification of some sort. I'd love to hear some fan favourites like White Queen or Princes of the Universe or something else. They are playing it too safe. WWFM is not my favourite song but it really was wonderful hearing it Queenified But as I wrote this is really just a tiny critique. Everything else was more than perfect!!!!
