The female DJ - Corinne -- in Seattle on 98.9 was very surprised that this was an Adam Lambert song. I thought "where have you been" but then realized that most people haven't really heard much from Adam for a number of years now. It was an interesting comment from a person in the media who hasn't liked Adam in the past but obviously likes this song (she sounded very surprised that it was Adam and that she liked and Adam song). I hope lots of people who have questioned Adam in the past have this reaction and see him in a new light. Of course, we always knew his greatness (I immediately thought when I heard her comment that you couldn't not know that was Adam's voice-duh!). Back to listening...

Since we're waiting, I thought I would bring over this tweet from Ellen DeGeneres, who just got on Weibo (the Chinese site that Adam is on). Hilarious.
Ellen DeGeneres @theellenshow 1h1 hour ago I’m on Weibo! It’s the Twitter of China! I promise not to say anything to offend the Chinese government. So does my roommate, Portia.

Hey everybody! I am not only excited (total understatement) for Ghost Town to premier, but I am VERY excited that one of my local Seattle stations is going to premier the song at 9pm! Adam has had almost no airplay here and we almost never get concerts, either--so this is wonderful news! I already have my radio tuned to 98.9 to support them. Yahoo...

Welcome Astralla!!! It's always great to see new members--and I hope you will have as great a time here as I have! As someone who has followed Adam since the Idol days, I continue to be amazed and impressed by him and by his talent. It has been a joy to watch his talent and confidence develop, and I believe we will see a lot more to come. BTW, someone commented on Adam's heart shaped tongue awhile back, but I don't remember who it was. His tongue shape is actually an uncommon one but is a normal tongue shape. I looked it up on google, and there is some information there about it if anyone wants to look. Google "heart-shaped" tongue or just tongue shapes. Amazing what you can find on Google!

When I heard this second snippet of Ghost Town, I immediately thought it sounded like the end of the first verse and that the whistling probably follows directly after it and leads into the more "dancy" section of the song. The song starts with the acoustic section, according to the few people who have talked about it online. The best part, according to my musician's ear, is that Adam's voice sounds better than ever and has more depth and warmness-which is typical of a male singer who continues to grow into his voice. I CANNOT WAIT for the whole song!

I just bought the digital version of the article -- I can save it for years on my own drive of some sort. I mostly wanted it for the photos anyway, and I look at them primarily on the computer (unless I do what Cassie did and get one printed...that might just happen...). These photos don't break any new ground, but I like the colors--especially the one that uses the red filter on one side and blue on the other. Interesting. And the short video with Adam being all serious and then cracking up really does show what I really love about him--he certainly doesn't take himself too seriously, even though he is serious. A serious dork, really. LOL. I bought the digital version but all I see is the option to use the viewer online or download their app to view it on phone or tablet, etc however I don't see any option for downloading it to my computer. Did you download it? If so how? Late back to the party, but when I got to the end of the checkout process, it asked me how I wanted to view the magazine, so I chose the silverlight option. Did you see this? Maybe someone else has answered this by now.

Here is another article on Sterling Fox, who wrote on Adam's first single. As was said yesterday, the guy seems to have no shortage of ego, but I bet he enjoyed working with Adam! He sounds like an interesting character. He certainly has some interesting opinions about the music industry and many of those who work in it... eastof8thblog.com/2015/03/17/8-questions-with-sterling-fox/
