If you want to answer a post, hit the quote button (highlighted in yellow) at the top. The quote box will open. I always hit the BBCode (highlighted in yellow) button first. I find it easier to see what I'm doing. Post your comments after the last /quote in brackets (highlighted in yellow).

The red carpet stream must not be live, because I posted that video of Adam dancing before we see him on the stream..dancing. I'm watching it on TV and they keep saying it's live and it's not Well, it was live when they recorded it.

I haven't been keeping track of which stores are stocking TOH and which aren't. Is there a trend? Is Walmart not coming through? Don't they have a policy of no explicit lyrics? Hey...First time posting on Adamtopia !!! Been a 'lurking' fan for awhile. Had to take THE plunge. I bought my 'explicit' lyrics CDs at a Walmart in Ontario...so...no policy that I am aware of. Didn't notice the 'Explicit' reference on the front until I went to unwrap. There were only 2 left....so I bought them!! You're a great bunch, btw. You do so much!! Awesome fansite!!

I think I know what's going on. Someone please jump in to help at any time. If you are playing the TOH album playlist, and it's stuck on GT: After the song (at the bottom of the page) are the curved over and under arrows that indicate repeat. See whether it has a little 1. If the repeat is lit up and the little 1 shows, it will repeat the one song. Tap the repeat until it is lit without the little 1 and the whole album should be on repeat. It worked for me. it is better for Adam if you stream GT only, so keep it on Repeat and just Mute the sound if you had enough Sorry I didn't say that. Just trying to answer the question. Easy enough to tap on the GT song and tap on the repeat sign until the little 1 lights up and then you have GT only on repeat.

I am really confused about this. I have the whole album on a playlist and it only repeats Ghost Town. It doesn't automatically play through the whole thing. So I tried yours and it does the same thing. Obviously it is something I am clueless about properly setting up. Could someone talk me through this? I want to keep streaming in support of TOH to keep the album as high as possible going forward after this initial week. ETA Just saw nica545 post and don't know if we are only supposed to keep streaming GT at this point or start to do the whole album. I have Spotify going as well. I think I know what's going on. I have this posted on the timeline: atop.proboards.com/post/4016/thread "He has invested his entire life in music and performing, and that means working at it. His talent didn't just happen overnight as some people think," said Kathie Bretches-Urban, who has known Lambert since he showed up -- as a boisterous, likable 10-year-old -- to audition for Metropolitan Educational Theatre, a San Diego-based youth theater company founded by her late husband, Alex Urban.
BORN IN A TRUNK
'He'd just come out onstage, and it popped,' said Bretches-Urban, who now lives in Long Beach. 'You'd see that sparkle in his eye. That gift is a passion. It's something in (his) soul that just exudes from every pore. You know that this child has discovered his chosen path, even if he doesn't know it yet.'
Lambert was a self-professed 'hyperactive kid' whose now-divorced parents, Eber and Leila Lambert, enrolled him in theater to channel his energy. His first role in 1991 was as Linus in 'You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown' at San Diego's Lyceum Theatre.
Like his father, Lambert's coloring was fair -- a thick head of strawberry blond hair, fair skin and freckles. He took to acting, singing and dancing quickly and formed a tight circle of friends in the theater community.
'Music and performing were the only things I ever knew Adam doing, Bretches-Urban said. 'He was not a kid that did sports. That was just not his thing. I do know that he worked, much like an athlete would do, on his singing with voice lessons for his entire life.'

Adam isn't always clear on the dates. I would trust Mrs. Bretches-Urban on the 1991 date, not so much his age. Well, dang! How did I miss this article?> I thought I had read everything from back then. Thanks, 4Ms. I should probably post the bibliography in it's own thread, but for now the articles are part of the Idol Era. Adam - The Idol Era Page 15. Adam Lambert Bibliography Page 16.
