I think it's just a general consensus. #Ghosttown is Madonna's song. #Ghost_Town is harder to type and takes another space out of the 140. #GhostTown is about as short as you can get. The T shows that Town is a second word. Edit I started labeling my photos and screen caps that way some time ago for uploading to Photobucket. If you label something like Adam tweet about new single, PB will fill the empty spaces with the symbol %. It will look like this: Adam%tweet%about%new%single I prefer something like: AdamTweet-NewSingle, it's easier to read. Twitter doesn't really differentiate capital letters from lower case, though. #Ghosttown and #GhostTown read the same to it. This is one of those cases where boosting one, boosts both. I didn't know that. Would it be worth the trouble to write #Ghost_Town? I doubt people would change it now, though.
