There is something about this photo that is mezmerizing. Of all the possible images just this made me look at it a VERY LONG time. It is really fascinating. I thought also that it would be a wonderful Avi!

I know it's late US time, but just have to share that this morning...... I WON TICKETS TO SEE ADAM IN CONCERT IN NZ!!!!!!!!
I phoned in for a radio competition (have been trying every day, twice a day for two weeks) ... and they make you play some stupid guessing game with 3 other contestants and by some miracle I WON!!!! So excited to finally have confirmation. This has been a stressful time for us kiwi fans..... and even better is that I have many amazing friends who have also won tickets and many more I hope will win via the iheart radio draw and a phone-network sponsor draw. There are only 2300 seats in this venue, and I've been told that there are usually well over 10,000 entries for these free concerts, so it is such a relief!!! I can't wait to see him sing THO songs and will give a detailed recap, I promise!

My daughter posted on my Facebook wall today lol!: There is a first time for everything: This morning I heard a song on the radio and wondered who it was because I wanted to buy the song. Adam. Lambert. 1) I liked it. 2) It hadn't been sent to me 17 times by my mother. Your welcome. Deanna: You must be ignoring my Adam posts on Facebook, since you hadn't heard it wink emoticon Like · Reply · 1 · 2 hrs Carolyn: well when one is inundated with it, it gets overlooked. But I did just buy his album....and you didn't have to buy it for me. I'm supporting your suedo-son with his Italian shoe collection. your welcome. wink emoticon Unlike · Reply · 1 · 2 hrs She liked it!

Since I wrote my recap for the Morongo concert last Sunday, a few more thoughts come to mind. Firstly, thank you Q3 and momtomany for your great write-ups about that incredible night. I did look around to see if I could recognize you both, but to no avail. Maybe next time...I especially wanted to thank you in person,Q3, for all the work you do to provide this special home for all of us here at Adamtopia. Maybe next time.... It's already been almost 4 days since Morongo, and I still can't believe it happened.I wake up each morning with my heart still smiling that I was there and heard that beautiful man sing. Along with the QAL concerts, it was the best I've ever heard Adam -and the best show ever. And I still can't believe he sang WICKED GAME.When I heard Chris Issak sing it on the radio {back in 1989,I think} I thought it was the sexiest, most haunting melody, so last Saturday night when Adam slowed everything down, grabbed the mike and asked us to try and guess what cover he was going to do....there was a momentary hush --then that beat,a thrilling sense of recognition from the audience, then that lower register accompanied by some heavy breathing into the microphone, followed by----THE WORLD WAS ON FIRE AND NO ONE COULD SAVE ME BUT YOU----I had to hold my mouth so I wouldn't cry out and at this point hubby says,"What's the matter?" and I could hardly respond,{because I couldn't believe it myself-still can't.} He's singing WICKED GAME !!!! My DH is a violinist in a community orchestra and has some appreciation for rock and pop music, but prefers classical music so I know he wasn't familiar with the song. He told me later that even though he couldn't experience the heights of ecstasy that just being at Adam's concerts does for me, he was so happy he came because he loved seeing me so overjoyed and of course, that is the sweetest thing. Adam performed this song on a level that is not easy to explain, and when I see the videos now,I realize how impossible it is to capture the essence of his delivery on that magical night in Morongo. So hard to let it go, but pressed in my memory forever........ Lorraine, you wonderful woman, I am touched by your wonderful recap!

Q3! Thank you for great recap! "Let me start by saying that I had a lot of time to think about this concert and I have one overriding thought – no matter how great the videos are, no matter if every second is recorded, not even if the recordings are perfect, the live concert experience is not the same as the video experience." (Q3)
>This is so true! I sometimes frustrated when I try to tell people about my experience, and I always feel that I can not tell anywhere near what I have really seen and experienced

How on earth shooter's hand stays so stable, when Adam creates a number of stunning glances directly into the camera!
