Thanks for your answer 4ms!!!!  But The Ghost Town link says: We are sorry, copyrights restrict us from playing this video outside the u.s. So, we here in Finland can't see the video. (Hello Finns, have you seen the video!) EITN is great! Butterfly! I have seen it but I don't remember where  rpeura!  I look forward to Wednesday, hope we see the program here in Finland. |

I've been away for a few days and now I'm at home and l have been looking verfently Logo TrailBlazer's video Ghost Town - in vain.  I can see from photos that Adam has sung it, but why can not I find the video?  In case you missed it, the entire LOGO show will be shown on VH1 this Wednesday, July 1, from noon to 1:00 PM. Adam is the last act on the show. Yes, I missed it completely. I was traveling and I didn't have an internet connection. Thank you for letting me know that I have a chance to see it on Wednesday.  I just hope that the program can also be seen in Finland. |

Today I did something I thought I would never have the courage to do - walk out of my church during homily. The priest was on a rant about the Supreme Court ruling and used the same old tired arguments why this is so wrong, that gay couples could not raise families and that I cannot be a Catholic if I accept this ruling and that I am living in the dark. Ok then, if I cannot be considered a Catholic then I am out of here. We were seated on the second pew so we were very visible when my son and I walked out. And you know what? I never felt so FREE! I can still believe in my God but not in the confines of this very narrow-minded religion. As a member of a very devout Catholic family, I am sure this will not be acceptable but so be it! I stick to my decision. FREE at last and so happy for my brothers and sisters in the gay community! I'm a little late, but I have to bow down in front of you! You did so brave deed!  |

Late last night I called Morongo. The woman there told me they would be selling 100 tickets today and 100 tickets tomorrow. That's all she knew. Sounded like a small promo event to me. This morning I left for work, after hearing about the 'presale' online. I was in a conference from 8-5; no way out for breaks; no way to try for a ticket at 10AM. At about 1PM we had a break for lunch. I drove home; the break allowed me about 10 minutes at home before the drive back to the conference. I can't see. So, in the kitchen, when I got home, I passed by the paper that was on the counter. I was hungry! Looking for cheese - not a ticket! Minutes later, as I was munching on my snack, by the window, my husband (who was supposed to be working in the vineyard) walked by and said "Don't you see what's on the counter?" It WAS A TICKET TO MORONGO!!!!! Okay. I don't want to have this sound too romantic or dramatic . . . but my DH . . . without even a request or a prompt (I didn't even mention it to him!!) left the field and was at the computer at 10AM and began trying for a ticket for me!!!! The really REALLY incredible part of this is he didn't have the password . . . so, on his own, he started thinking what it might be - and typed in 'Ghost Town'; AND IT WORKED!!! I MARRIED A GENIUS!!! So, why am I here typing??? I need to leave for awhile and let him know how grateful I am! My words don't do justice to THIS man. Just like my words don't do justice to THAT man. Hey - - - these boys!!!!  You are really lucky girl, you have two stunning man in your life; your husband and Adam! |

Yesterday I had a very nice and surprising experience. I was hiking when suddenly my cell phone notified me of a text message. I checked it out - it was from my boss, on a Sunday! We usually message using an in-house IM system during the week, and I rarely get a text from him on a weekend. Expecting a work-related problem in need of a solution, I read the message.... Imagine my surprise when I read the following: "This song was playing on the radio and we loved it. My heart is a ghost town. And we looked it up and its Adam Lambert". He knows I am obsessed interested in Adam and wanted to share his regular listener experience. He lives in LA, btw. It made my day! So sweet! |
