What a lovely man! Thinking about going to his book signing. lynne, tell your son about this. It would be a chance for him to meet one of his heroes! Oh, good idea. Then again, thinking of getting that book for him for a present. Hey Lynne... if Nile is someone your son really looks up to.. I would let him know you want to get the book for him.. but give him the chance to go meet him.. if he can;t make it then you can just get him the autographed book ..but I really would give him the heads up the guy was going to be in town. Something like this happened to me.. and there were some very hurt feelings involved..

Re:next tour and knitting--LOL--I think it would be great to have one fingerless glove, all in the same color--peacock blue (?) but don't want to dull the clapping, so a knitted cuff for one arm would be great, and more visible than the wristbands. Now that Adam is into funk, we could do a "power to the people" raised fist as a salute to Adam. Also look cool when we are practicing swaybot moves. also easier to find each other. Peeps who knit can share with those that don't. 4Msrmyn, I think your half sweater may be breeding with my scarf attempts that all look like pennants instead of rectangles--somehow I always add stitches as I go! TIP... if you don't knit.. you can also re-purpose a sweater sleeve or a sock.. (like we have seen Adam do.. lol ) just use some fabric tacky glue around the edges if you go this route

As much as I would not mind this at all, I hate to get my hopes up. Adam is a forgiving sort, he's let things go where I would have stuffed and mounted my grudge to keep it going. Although I'm not sure why it matters to me at all, it's not like I actually even see anyone else onstage when Adam is performing, he is absolutely riveting to me. OMG I can't wait for the next tour! Hmm if this is true I think I would be glad. I mean, I'm like whatever regarding Monte, but I have been secretly hoping for a while now that Adam will get a new lead guitarist. One that is seriously hot, that can complement Adam in his music as well as in the looks and the interaction department. Because a lot of times when Adam been trying to get his sexy-time on, playing with the band, the guitarist, I just kind of cringe, when he be with Monte, just so not sexy and don't want. Sorry this sounds kind of petty and mean, but..yeah just saying. It never worked for me... kinda

I just think it's rather interesting that Tommy had been playing gigs with Monte but apparently last night @the Whisky A Go Go Monte had a bass player by the name of Max Whipple. I would think that Tommy would have been available ... I wonder I think Tommy's GF had a gig somewhere last night.. maybe he was at that show.. or with Ravi..

Now you got me all confused again lol. Aren't BOTH bastards being produced by the N.Zealand scum? It looks like it's possible that they are by two different but associated scumbags. Mean RCA will have to work twice as hard. Probably can't stop either - the best that they would be able to do is make them relabel. Paramount sessions = Take One.... it is being bundled with this guy Steve Cooke... and being distributed by Gonzo Distributions..I think.. and being offered Dec 6 BFM = Citizen Vein music.... Colwell Productions..? being released in Nov. Do I have this right? Isn;t there a single being offered Oct 18th? Is it coming from BFM?

[sneaks back in] Ya know, I'm not changing my mind in the slightest about the dirty dealings surrounding these bastard albums, but just looking at this single press release as an independent entity, I'm secretly pleased at most of it. The wording of this press release pumps Adam up with a LOT of cred. Plus, it is completely explicit that these are early, pre-Idol recordings. However, its the word "official" that's liberally used that I take serious offense to, and hope RCA squashes. Official according to whom? Can the word "official" be legally used here?? [whispers] Shhhhh...but I *do* like the rest of it! ETA: I believe these Paramount sessions are separate from BFM, and is actually "Bastard Album #2b". If so, I think they are being promoted less sleezily than Bastard Album #2a (BFM). I don't know if this was the original intent or merely a reaction to the fan howls, but if so....they're learning. and I am rather worried that all the attention will be on the Paramount sessions as the "Early Recordings" This is where Welsford is IMO banking on the confusion.. BFM slides in as Adams "NEW" #2 album... right before the Paramount sessions get released Dec 6th.. BFM is set to get released in Nov right..so BFM is going to benefit from all the talk of the paramount release... and is going to appear to be Adams real CD... instead of what it is.. CV music..
