vivlite - a very thoughtful post. I have no magic eight-ball to know what is in store for Adam but one thing I feel very confident about is that he will be visible and have longevity. He has worked hard to showcase his versatility and that will stand him in good stead. Producers of 'whatever' will chose his exceptional talent and professionalism for many projects as yet unconceived. Even if he is not huge, he will be constant. There is much to look forward to.

I knew my post might not be popular, LindaG..
It was in no way meant to demean Adam or his potential. Adam's more real about this life in music than I think we fans are at times. I don't think he'll fade away, but he could. I wish him all success and taking the music world by storm with the mega-talent he is. Once in awhile, I have to sit myself down and recognize that although Adam has gained in visibility in a major way, he is still climbing the climb. And I'm here cheering him on. Even Queen never knew what their next album would bring. If they hadn't had a measure of success, would they be around 40 years later? I didn't post to be a bummer. I have confidence in Adam. The music business is what it is. And it's in a period of change of which Adam can be a major player. This post was only meant as my reality check to myself. Others can take it for what it is worth to them or trash it. I have had this on my mind for awhile and it came tumbling out. Sometimes fans don't just WANT success for Adam, they EXPECT it. To my mind, that's not helpful for an artist. I appreciate all feedback, positive or no.

I try, I was just thinking how theirs a very thin line with Adam now between break out star and established star. Adam is not a break out star. But in so many ways Queen has broke him out again. He is in a far better posisition to have a far more succesfull Album. Their is absoloutely no reason why Adam shoulden't be at the Echeleons of Megastardom. Up their with Gaga, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Timberlake e.t.c. It just takes that one great song, that is memorable. WWFM was a starter, but I Don't think its the song that well make him a MegaStar. I feel thing's are changing though. I think everything changed with the Glee gig, it kinda made him cool in a way. With this very image concious world, things like Adam dancing with Miley Cyrus, or being at a wedding with Katy Perry haha e.t.c. These may be small things, but they go a long way towards his image. I think a collab with Katy would help. But Adam just needs that one BIG hit, and his potential in endless. I always thought Adam had the potential to change the face of music of this generation, this is not just a whim, but condition I have noticed through his influence on music and the public ever since 2009. My Dad who is not really into anything popular or contemporary. Thinks Adam Lambert is the best singer from any singing show ever, and was blown away when we went to see him with Queen in Auckland a month or so ago. I think theirs signs things are changing, next year I beleive well be a very turn of change for Adam Lambert's career. Don't worry I'm done haha.

Please don't stop posting..you quite inspired me to write tonite and I'm usually the one-liner kind of gal. Totally agree Adam's potential is endless. And that he is establishing himself as a multi-media talent. Love what you have to say that I bolded. Thanks for starting the discussion. When I was not on Atop, there was no Adam Lambert in my world. It was quite a shock since I've been in the fan bubble for so long. When I saw him with Queen, I saw the megastar you speak of. My only point in posting was to bring in a bit of what I observed while I was 'away' and how that now translates for me coming back into the fan realm. Greatly appreciate your take on things, 3ku1!

That's what they make mirrors for. :)

I think that we are all nervous with anticipation about what A3 is going to give us and Adam. There is so much riding on this and we all want this to bring Adam the accolades he deserves. I think the good news here is that he has a new label and a great team backing him. Hopefully a lot of time and attention are being given to this project to ensure it gets world wide recognition. I'm feeling positive - this is the one !!!!! Heading back to the shallow end.

I feel there is specific planning and purpose in executing this next roll-out. That gives me all kinds of confidence that Adam finally has a team that 'gets' him. Bodes well I do believe.
