So this is Adam with a cold, huh? LOL! (I really hate the over analyzing of ever beautiful song he sings) (The clearing of the throat, during sing along, was a joke because he asked the audience to mimic something that was impossible. A comic way of saying, "Opps. sorry." "A-hem" Maybe something lost in translation) www.youtube.com/watch?v=LC3WT8J5EKY&list=PLb361-6knC9nk-saHz1_Afi5BVnFZFhvp

Who Wants To Live Forever“. So wurde die schon traditionelle Zugabe mit „We Will Rock You“ und „We Are The Champions“ der übliche Triumphzug. (KURIER) ERSTELLT AM 02.02.2015, 00:24 Google translate: An American Idol finalist at the place of the late Queen singer Freddie Mercury ? There were probably some fans skeptical that Sunday evening had come to the concert of the legendary rock group in the Wiener Stadthalle . But Adam Lambert is actually a stroke of luck for guitarist Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor. The Americans convinced namely with a similarly large vocal range as Freddie Mercury and shone especially in ballads like "Save Me" and "Who Wants To Live Forever" . With red plaid pants , gold fringed leather jacket or suit Glitter - - But beyond the 33- year-old with his colorful , glamorous appearance fits perfectly with the bombastic rock sound , the Queen has made so famous. Although it took in the town hall , this time a bit , came up to mood. However, from the acoustic part where 10,500 fans "Love Of My Life" and sang Freddie Mercury was recorded in sound and picture, band and audience increased from song to song. Or better to hit Hit : Because this setlist really left nothing to be desired. Thanks Lambert Queen can also install glam rock songs like "Under Pressure " and " Killer Queen " to the program that is now . Songs they left out on tour with the deeper singing , earthy blues-rock warhorses Paul Rodgers, because they could not persuade everyone . Drum duel with the Junior In addition there was a drum session , in which Roger Taylor dueled with his son Rufus Tiger . And of course the traditional Echoplex solo by Brian May, who on their own echo put it more harmonies. Only the Danube waltz - time insertion sounded a bit bumpy . In return, Lambert put as an entertainer to the wheel , lounged on a purple sofa, dueled with the audience Choir and entered the final with crown on . And as Brian May asked the audience what to think because of Lambert, earned the singer euphoric hooting and trampling . Thus, the now traditional encore "We Will Rock You" and "We Are The Champions " was the usual triumph.

Having said that the WWTLF last riffs were not his usual soaring ones so it would be interesting to know the real reason behind that... So far I can't detect any other "unusual" moments...I sure don't hear nasal sounds anywhere at all, so I am puzzled at the Q3's friend's comment... plus his energy level was way up there... in short - I see no reason to believe he has a cold.

Yes, that was the only moment I had a feeling there wasn't everything okay. Not immediatelly when the "clearing" happened, but today, listening to the recorded audio.
But other than that Adam sounded perfect and I didn't notice any problems with his voice.
I thought Adam was spectacular in Leeds and Manchester -- but he seemed to have a bit of something going on. We could hear it when he talked but not so much when he sang. My GUESS is that he (along with half the UK) got a cold, it went away, then returned after his night/day off in Amsterdam. He clearly knows how to manage his voice and health really well. During the GNT he performed two concerts when he had a very bad virus (Nokia NY concerts) and there was no way to tell from his performance. I asked Neil and he confirmed it. In any case, I have never been disappointed by an Adam performance -- not once. And I have seen him live a lot. [Sometimes the venue was not great, or security was mean but Adam is always Adam.] I love the bolded part! You are right on this Q3 and it's so amazing! I can see it in that vid with a fan grabbing Adam's arm ( wal posted it here a few minutes ago) - he must have been surprised at least, yet he started to sing so naturally and managed it all absolutely perfect! (I was there and I even didn't know something like that had happened until I saw that vid.) He is the best!!!
