I hope I'm posting correctly and that it's ok to post here. I love LOVE this album-so many songs I truly love!!!! The Original High & The Light, ALN, & There I said It are my favorites. Then I also love Evil in the Night, Lucy, & Rumors, but do wish Adam's voice was more prominent then Tove Lo's. I hope The Original High is next & released soon as a single because it makes so many summer references that it could do awesome this summer. Pissed about how the album is charting on ITunes US POp albums however. As of 2:20am Eastern time zone on Wed. Am, it's not even listed in the top 100 at all-how is that possible?James Taylor, Nate, Hilary are all listed in the top 15, Adam is nowhere on that list-How in the Hell is that possible. What makes no sense is Adam & Hilary each have around 960-970 reviews on ITunes for their albums almost the same & all 5 stars. James Taylor has 130 reviews & Nate has 200 so how are they outselling Adam when clearly more people have bought his on ITunes. Also Adam is getting way better reviews in the media than Nate. Can anyone explain any of this? I don't understand- someone said it was listed as the top 5th album on some chart but I went on ITunes directly & the others albums are there his not even listed in 100. Even if he's 5th I still don't understand how all these people could be selling so much more when they have old have 100 or 200 reviews, that's a huge # less then Adam who's almost at 1,000, seems only Hillary Duff could maybe be higher she has maybe 10 more reviews. The album is awesome but I want Adam to get the respect he deserves for this amazing album. Everyone agrees he's an amazing vocalist so why isn't he # 2 at least!!! Last time it charted well at least was #1 on billboard even though radio didn't play it. This time U.S. Radio is playing it a bit, so why aren't sales way higher. People need to re-discover his music I think, a lot of people, will love it but they have to hear it. Just very frustrated. Somany other countries LOVE & respect him & it's charting well but his own country shits all over him for no reason. It's embarrassing how his own country doesn't back him. Only other theory is someone who updates the iTunes charts hates Adam so they take him out or skew his sales numbers somehow. I don't know where you were looking, but I just checked iTunes, and TOH is #5 on the overall U.S. chart, and #3 on the U.S. Pop chart. Why is Adam not at #1? Adam had a large pre-sale on iTunes; the pre-sale is not reflected in his ranking (however, the pre-sale will be included in his 1st week sales total for Billboard ranking). Hilary Duff had no pre-sale, so her iTunes ranking is based on sales starting yesterday. Nate Reuss had a limited pre-sale. Q3 explained this in more detail in yesterday's thread, so you might want to take a look. No one is cheating Adam. If anything, blame the odd way that iTunes treats pre-sales. And note that everyone is affected by this, not just Adam. Really, Adam is doing well. No need to worry.

btw, I've been streaming GT since last week on Rdio and it has yet to cutout or stall. Just keeps on going 24/7. Spotify is streaming too but I have to keep checking up on it. Once I become inactive on the computer, it stalls. Someone on here mentioned that it would do that so I've started checking up on it more often and restarting it.

So I went to Apple.com directly-they list the top albums-as of 11:23am-1-Hilary, 2-Third Eye Blind, 3-NaTe, 4-James Taylor. I did see those other charts that claim they are ITunes Charts but are not on Apple they are independent sites claiming they are saying the "ITunes Charts". Go to apple directly that is the only true chart, NO SIGN OF his album anywhere he's not in the top 100 anywwhere. I wish I could copy the image & bring it over but I don't know how.

When will we see how TOH charts on BB? Next Wednesday. We will have HDD's forecast next Tuesday. Right now it is safe to say it will at least be Top 10. So hurdle one is done. Now the question is what number. *** Also GLOBAL numbers for TOH are looking very good. So this is not just about the US. Very curious about how it plays out as well on the HDD chart next week. Hearing all the reports of fans running out and buying multiple copies makes me think that, over here, he hasn't expanded his fanbase at all. This isn't a critique of those who do (or do not) buy multiple copies. But without new music in 2012, he has not been relevant to the contemporary music scene since 2010, and even then it was an idol thing. The fact that Adam will pull off a Top 10 ( and hopefully Top 5) album is a big thing. It would feel more disappointing that TOH isn't guaranteed #1 if it wasn't such a strong album and an international one.

www.apple.com/itunes/charts/albums/. Here's the link showing top albums-I'm in U.S. WHY no sign of him maybe the pre-sale hurt him too much. Very sad by this. Trespassing was on this chart when it came out.

Alisgr8 it isn't an apple conspiracy. Do you have itunes on your phone? Go directly to the itunes store and album charts. TOH is #6. And GT is #62 on the songs store.

If you are looking at the website you are not seeing the most accurate up to date charts. Open the itunes program and click on music, on the right side scroll down to the top album (top 10 shows in the side bar) the click on see all and you will get the top 200 albums. If you are blocking explicit you will not see his album because the explicit version is at #6 right now. I am looking at it in my iTunes RIGHT NOW.
