Are Shame and These Boys targeted to a younger demo? Just saying are they targeted to a younger crowd, compared to.the main.tracks? As it is i thought the Bts felt like left overs on a very solid, contemporary pop album. Young fan here! Just signed up to say what makes you even debate bonus tracks when there are album single candidates with major young appeal in your face...THE LIGHT...Hello! Also TOH can appeal to the young Thought a young voice is needed here as the fan community seems to be dominated with older fans not very in touch with what young people are digging rn The main reason The Light needs to get released, beside it being my absolute jam, is its definite young appeal! It's exactly the kind of catchy cool dance track young club kids will eat up! Any non-fan in US I played it for was immediately sold. Some DJ friends so wanted it in their set. It will murder in the clubs! Something that even TOH won't have a chance of without some overkilled weird remixes that won't work well. Regarding bonus tracks...No and no. After Hours is the sexy catchy one with young appeal if it had more to it to be single material Welcome Iamthelight. ! Nice to have more younger voices. My young nephew likes These Boys and Ghost Town. He recently asked about seeing Adam on tour. Hope we get some dates in and near Minnesota.

So nice to read people talking about hopes for "The Light" and "Evil in the Night" as singles. My dream! I would love a "Shame"/"These Boys" kind of follow-up EP, too. LOVE Shame!

re: Young fan here! you may be young in years but your writing style sounds very, very mature. for that reason, perhaps you are not the best judge of what would appeal to the young demo. you sound like an "old soul". and that's not an insult, just an observation and in my opinion and that of anyone I know under 25, ghost town is the best song the album by far. nothing else has a chance to do as well as a single My money is on TOH to be single #3 and be the biggest hit from the album. "Ghost Town" was strategically a great lead single to reintroduce and reposition Adam but this is a long game and it is far from done. I think the ALN will be a hit -- it will require promotion which WB appears to be willing to do. It is currently being played by over 100 US radio stations. It will be a slow climb up the chart but that seems to be typical for Adam. *** I do consumer research and have for decades -- there is no way that anyone's "circle of friends" provides an indication of the market. Me too!! Expect TOH to be BIG!! The fact that Gt made it so big here is very surprising to me. But I think it was exactly what Adam needed to say, "Adam Lambert is back! And he is better than ever!' And different!" I posted this in numbers but I think i will post it here too! At 3 weeks to radio GT was #34 on HAC; ALN is #29. GT was #43 on Top 40; ALN is #48. ALN is doing just fine!(More details about that to expect in January, in the numbers' thread!)

Any chance of having the link to the Charity Water page for Adam on the front page? Since people can donate directly without sending a card, thought some might like to do that. It is a wonderful charity and seems to be one that Adam continues to support. Remembering the $300,000 + raised for his birthday a few years ago. Looks like this runs through the end of December. my.charitywater.org/lambert/adam

LOL, if my circle of friends provided an indication, radio would be dominated by sea chanties and bluegrass and I would need to kill myself! Luckily we don't need to worry that Adam will take up those genres.

That's great news about ALN hitting the American Top 40 HAC list? Spins! We'll all be smiling when January comes around!
So, my sister-in-law loved the show in Worcester! I don't know if she'll buy TOH... Not sure if she buys much music. But she did post about the show on Facebook (along with a nice photo she took). I was relieved that she had fun, since I really egged her on to go to the show, haha.
