So that icon is called a hamburger? Looks more like pancakes to me Please copy your list of things to try to the "How Do I???...Help with Tech questions " thread! It is so early in the morning -- it looks like pancakes to me, too. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Thanks for inspiring the list. I will put some better illustrations together and fix it a bit -- and then move it over to the Tech questions thread. The list you put together is great too! But it is mostly for the problem of not being able to view certain videos, etc., at all. Some folks also have a more generic problem of overall slowness which some of the other things I mentioned might help. So I'm thinking 2 postings in the Help thread, the first addressing the specific problem of not being able to see the videos at all and the second ways of speeding things up if they just seem too slow. In addition to instructions for determining if disk space/fragmentation and/or memory limits might be causing computer slowness, I'd also include instructions for setting up the time for automatic maintenance and virus scans since these can cause considerable slowness issues if they happen during one's normal computer time.

It's also good to have an external storage and move all the big file such as videos. Especially if you have an older computer like mine. Make sure the system has enough memory to run all the programs you want to run.
Updates all the software that are supporting them, program such as Adobe, etc. It happened to me in the past, I couldn't watch anything until I've updated these programs.

I have very little stored on my laptop. Just some word documents. I cannot see the vids here (except on YouTube) and I cannot see the same ones on Adam Lambert 24/7 where I am a regular also. This started happening recently. It never happened before. I look at all the suggestions posted here, and I am sorry to say, my eyes just glaze over. My laptop is pretty new. Has up to date software, etc. This was a sudden change that seems to affect a lot of users. I have always been able to successful view Instagram, Twitter and other posted video formats. Nothing changed on my end. I appreciate all the suggestions. I really do. It's just frustrating. I dread diving into the steps needed to "fix" this, especially since my computer is "healthy" in every other way. I just hope that videos are posted in different formats whenever possible. I hate it when I click on the arrow thing and it just flashes a nano-second image and then goes black. I totally appreciate all those who take videos and post them. It takes effort and dedication to do it and I applaud all who do it. Gonna see Adam in Chicago tomorrow night!!!!!!!!!!!
