People on one of the QAL forums are saying Brian is very depressed right now and to tweet him a message to cheer him up using the hashtag #backtothelight. Anyone know anything about this? Did I miss something? To follow up on others it definitely seems that Brian is in the midst of depression. He has fought it before... Most notably around the time of Freddie's death and then again around 1999-2000 timeframe. It does seem as if QAL is a real positive thing for him right now (and hopefully his work and tour with Kerry Ellis in December will be positive for him too. If you are also asking about the hashtag, Back To The Light was his first proper solo album and was quite cathartic for him during a big depressing time. The same album has the studio version of Last Horizon which you all know pretty well by now... Thanks for the info talon. Was hoping you'd check in and clarify!

#XFactorAU @thexfactorau Presenting @adamlambert's Top 3 & our first #xfactorau finalists of 2016: Natalie, @isaiahfirebrace & Amalia MORE: yahoo7.com.au/xfactorETA: Adam just retweeted this. Popping in quickly and watching the three chair winners of Adam's group....I have to say DAMN the two girls are really good and Adam can help them both to have the confidence to take total command and own the stage throughout this competition. Isaiah, to me, is the weakest of the three but I think Adam can help him find himself and his confidence in the songs and connect with the audience. I think the other girl (forget her name) that Adam didn't take was better than Isaiah but I understand why Adam couldn't take three girls and I think he was a better choice than the other guy who sang a TS song. I know...I know...but the 'girl teenies' like to look at that type of guy singer. Never thought I'd EVER watch a singing competition show again after Adam on Idol (the only time I've watched one) but this could be interesting and I have to watch anything/everything that AFL is on!! Got to leave again. BBL.

Not sure what it is about the picture with Adam and his 3 finalists posted by XFactor that seems awkward. It is somehow out of balance - individuals are not positioned in a complimentary way. Anyway, everyone looks great in the photo, happy, and ready to face the challenge. Yeah...I noticed that as well. Looks like Adam is all in for Natalie and doesn't even acknowledge the other too with his back turned. I'm gonna assume it wasn't planned that way. (altho who knows what all goes on with production). Does anybody know how you vote on XFactor? I assume everybody will be geo-blocked except for Oz. Wondered if you're allowed multiple votes..phone calls...online, etc. Also, on past XFactors...who usually wins...the best singer? the cute teen boy? or the person with the XFactor? Wonder if it works by votes totally, or if other factors factor in. I think the awkwardness starts with this hug. I think that as Adam moved toward the three, Isaiah broke toward Amalia which put Adam between he and Natalie. Then someone said let's get a photo and Adam turned right shoulder in and for some reason didn't make it all the way around to get his arms behind everyone. Perhaps Isaiah didn't want to let anyone go, he's got quite a grip in that third photo above. http://instagr.am/p/BLoyMFADFhG

Just finished watching the episode, and found it really interesting that Isiah never seemed to be a consideration for swapping. Adam seemed really sure of his choice there.
Didn't think Vlado was that great, but then I'm not a teen girl lol....thought his vocals were very weak. The choice between Natalie and Ivy was a tough one, a very close call...don't really have a favorite there as I'm not really a fan of female voices, but I would say Natalie's was more powerful.

Anyway, everyone looks great in the photo, happy, and ready to face the challenge. IMHO.. It was a quick get together shot ,not planned out by photographer.. So Adam lined up with Natalie and the other two followed coming from the back. If the photographer had planned the shot Adam would have had a chance to put his arm around both Natalie and Isaiah, putting both males in the middle according to height, etc. It was a quickie

They aren't very kind in this review. twitter.com/Variety/status/787692581627060224Variety @variety Review: Fox's re-imagining of "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" bit.ly/2e64B1t Only mention of Adam: Fox’s re-imagining is a wholesome broadcast television movie musical, premiering at the kid-friendly hour of 8 p.m., and courts mainstream, millennial viewers through casting former Nickelodeon star Victoria Justice and “American Idol” star Adam Lambert.
