oh i love both haley and melinda.......what don't you like about haley? I heard her sing once or twice, she's okay but I'm not interesting to hear more from her. Melinda, I know she can really "sang" and also a power house. I watched her Idol season. Would love to hear Melinda and Adam duke it out on a soul/jazz/blues song. It's going to be like this www.youtube.com/watch?v=tLXligmNbRII actually think Hayley was prob the female Adam Lambert imo. Some of her vocals espeically was it Housing Sun, forgot the song were sublime. So would love a Hayley and Adam duet haha, but that is just my point of view.

I was just letting my mind and curser float about and came across some Post-Modern Jukebox...they do such amazing and unique stuff. If Adam ever really wanted to switch things up for fun, it could be amazing for him to put out a television special with PMJ and duet with Haley Reinhart and Melinda Doolittle. I have also often fantasized him doing something with ...Toddrick Hall....including Pentatonix collab would not be a bad thing either...but I am thinking....imagine how cool that could be, then put a corresponding ep No to Haley.. YES to Melinda. IMHO. I went to see PMJ last weekend. Good, but not as good as I expected. Neither Melinda nor Haley performed. They have a regular cast & I have a feeling that they only use the "names" for their YTs as promo. There were a few singers that were more interested in showing their vocal acrobatics, than feeling the song. One guy sang "Halo" and it was interesting to see the difference between him & Isaiah or Beyonce. His riffing made my ears hurt. Absolutely no soul or hart in the song. There were 3 female singers and 2 of them were great, one was good. The emcee was kind of annoying in a cheesy way, although, when he sang, he was one of the best. Anyway, I have been dying to go for a few years now. Glad I went, but do not feel the need to ever go again.

It makes sense now that you mention it that the Idols are bait but wow that kind of sucks for them.

Nice to know that Mel B. saw Adam perform up close and personal. She actually heard that amazing voice in all its glory. Between his voice and his gorgeousness, no wonder she was asking him for "just one night." LOL! I know that other celebrities and singers have praised Adam's voice. But I sometimes wonder how many of them have heard him sing live onstage. I hope some of them have. He can hold his own and then some with any singer out there.

See The Weekend broke the Spotify record held by Biebs. For most streams in 24 hours. Starboy globally #1. I so wish Adams next music would get that lvl of commerciall success. Unlikely. But wouldn't it be great. I see these pop artists who are not Old lol get that lvl of success. And I think what's stopping Adam? Song? Guess it's all about the music. Guess we'll find out next year.

I have watched a few youtubes, one with Haley singing Creep and it is fabulous!!

Haley is the only other idol besides Adam that I actually have on a CD that I listen to while in the car. I watch her version of Creep quite often. Also love her version of I Can't Help Falling in Love. Funny, I often put on a Haley song and ask my DH to guess who it is and he gets it right quickly every time. Guess to him her voice is pretty distinctive. We both love the Moanin' duet with Casey.
