Not that familiar with George Michael. Knew of him and some of his songs but heard more about him when he got in trouble with the police. If anyone knows more about him, did he find more acceptance and success and break down more doors in the UK after all the sensational headlines? I don't see where he broke down any doors in the US for other musicians. He already had tons of hits in the US before the headlines. His biggest hit was Faith.

Yeah...I didn't do too well on the test....guess I just love the 'whole package'! I can definitely live with that! I remember I first saw Adam in his introductory package before he sang "Satisfaction." I was charmed and ready to like him before he even sang -- then he blew me away with that performance! I was hooked! We are all a bit different aren't we? loved his introductory interview, the audition itself not so much loved the snippets of Believe and Some Kinds of Wonderful did not care for Satisfaction liked Black or White Fell in love at Ring of Fire.

But how did he break down doors after the arrest is what I am asking? Was he still having success after in the UK or US after everything surfaced?

Well, I was appalled at getting only 48.4% on the first 'pitch' test. So I took it again and listened really, really closely. Next score was 28%! WTF?????!!! Think I need hearing aids! My entire life I've been listening and singing - - I've perfected being on pitch. Give me a note . . . ask me for a note and I'll sing it. My pitch is that clear; that automatic. Always has been. Guess I'm clearly on the downhill side! Lately, there's a lot I've been listening to on the radio; I'm liking what I hear. I thought is was better music being 'pitched' out there. Now I'm wondering if it's my wavy mind, just going with the flow . . . Either way, 'I've a smile on my face' and a 'song in my heart'; harkening back to the legends of the past, who probably became as befuddled as I. I don't think you need hearing aids because of your test scores. I did better when I stopped trying so hard or thinking, and just went with a vague impression when the tones became very close in pitch. Kinda "it feels like it went up just a smidge". The test does not evaluate whether you can hear a note or a phrase and reproduce it accurately. It is not testing if you can hear the difference between an A4 at 440 Hz and a C5 at 523.251 Hz or even an A#4 at 466.164 Hz. It is testing if you can hear the difference between A4 at 440 Hz and an A4 at 442 Hz. It's sort of like someone handing you a weight in each of your hands. Do they weigh the same, or is one 3 ounces heavier or lighter than the other? Repeating the test, is one 2 ounces heavier or lighter? Repeat, but with 1 ounce difference. Then one gram difference. When does the difference in the weights become undetectable? It is totally possible to love and be entranced by music without being able to discriminate between tones that are a few sound wave cycles per second different.

His voice was wonderful, the songs he wrote were beautiful, and for that reason he was a star. I literally played the Faith CD until it wore out and Inhad to buy another one. His music videos were edgy and exciting. The unfortunate incidents that took place later tarnished his image a bit but never took away from his talent. Adam is wise to consider him one of his heroes.

Yes we are all different! Good thing too! I missed all the auditions because I thought they were too mean. (After missing out on Adam, I always watched the auditions in later seasons). And I thought he went a bit over-the-top vocally on Satisfaction but I was impressed with his energy and the way he worked the camera and his charisma! It definitely wasn't just the singing for me.

I was not questioning why he was one of Adam's heroes or his talent. I was just trying to find out if his success continued or if he found acceptance in the music industry in the UK or US after the sensational headlines? If no one knows that is fine. I should have made an effort to research instead of being lazy and asking.

So the #iHeartAwards are not putting #Glamberts in the #BestFanArmy 2017 contest? I didn't see us listed on twitter. No glamberts weren't nominated. But after Ihr manipulated the glamberts last year for ratings. I won't lose sleep over it.

Yep, I'm a bit with you. Had somebody ask me after the Satisfaction round who I liked and it was Anooop. Save
