I find this so brilliantly done, I don't even know what to say. You realize that they are doing all this just with their voices. So they had to get creative to do the guitar riffs, and used the bull horn. I think it sounds fantastic! Of course it is surprising at first, but that is only because the rest tacks along so closely to the original that this becomes a slight deviation from the original, I did not even know it could be done with vocals. It just blows my mind, how they pulled this off, to be this much in sync with each other. And the vocals are spot on, not only Mitch, who does most of the Freddie vocals, but the drums (Kevin) and the bass (Avi). It is astounding. Here is a version where the two are mixed side to side: www.youtube.com/watch?v=hPonmwPQ9CQI wonder whether they will do this on tour. They are here in PA in September for Labor day weekend. Not far from me, but tickets are selling quickly and are pricey, so I'm still pondering with how many people we will be there. Anyhow, love Pentatonix. ETA: ptxofficial.com/tourETA2: name fixed. Thanks pattyhum.

These kids are so talented! Small correction, bass is "Avi"

I haven't checked it out yet, but Pentatonix just released a cover version of Bohemian Rhapsody: Pentatonix @ptxofficial AHH! #PTXVol4 is finally available and we're celebrating with a BRAND NEW MUSIC VIDEO for #PTXBohemianRhapsody! www.youtube.com/watch?v=ojRj2JK5oCIPentatonix @ptxofficial This is one of the most unique videos we have ever done and we are so excited for you to see it! #PTXVol4 #PTXBohemianRhapsody They are HUGE fans of QAL! Their paths have crossed a few times while performing at the same festivals. They never fail to tweet about how amazing QAL is. Of course I'm partial to you know who but this is very good! Not as dynamic or forceful as the original or with Adam, but as I was listening I had to remind myself that this was just voices and because of that it's bloody brilliant!

They were scheduled to do zone 4 on Sunday when I could go watch them, but they got changed to zone 1 where I didn't have access. They also performed on Saturday, but of course I was camping on the big field for QAL that day and couldn't go to the stage where they were performing.

I heard the Harry Styles single which is already at #1 on Itunes. Bowie and Queen were his inspiration. Of course there is no comparison but it is not bad. He is so young (with an average voice) that he would be forgiven if he went for the typical and overdone fluff. But he tried something with more substance so good for him for making the effort.

I love the song and Harry is good but I keep imagining Adam's voice on this record. Bad me!! lol

Everything CrazyforAdam wrote. I thought it was brilliant and I loved the Pentatonix version. Of course, I didn't think I would because "only Adam" can do anything right. But I was impressed with their talent and enjoyed the video.
