Ha just to illustrate how big a "get" I think Katy is, I was on the fence about Adam being associated with the re-boot before, but now I'll be completely butt hurt if Daughtry and/or Legend and/or anyone gets it and Adam doesn't lol - of course we will never know if he was offered and refused if he isn't on the panel but as others have said, his refusing seems doubtful. Katy being involved not only brings in the advertising dollars, it gives the entire project more credibility IMO. Though her Teenage Dream album was her bigger album, her last one, Prism, had Roar, Unconditionally, Dark Horse, Birthday, and This is How We Do - all charted. totally forgot about roar and so on... one more thing about Queen...wie can only speculate about how long this collaboration will go on and maybe they themselves truly don't know either but did anyone feel that having Adam promote the new tour alone is a way of giving him a push in credit, in visability, to give him a good "send off"...just guessing and musing an specualting of course...although Adam said it is not out of the realms that QAL might record new music together, wich kind of irritated me...but that's just what it felt like a little, when he did promotion alone... Hi marionm, in response to the highlighted parts above... Definitely!!! Huge trust and push in credit. Why did it irritate you? You don't want them to record new music together or you want a more definite answer? I'm curious, as I am pretty "bipolar" about this topic. (side note: for someone who lives in Germany, your English is really good. How come?)

sizzling63 the promoting alone felt to me, like a "send off" and with "send off" I mean that it felt like this could be their last tour...at least a big one...again, just speculation...and then for them to record new music without touring it...we'll see, we'll see... I can only imagine that if QAL recored it would be AWESOME...but in all honest...I'll take new Adam music anytime and anyway he serves it to us^^... We lived a little outside Detroit when I was 2-4 and 8-11 years old (5 years in total)...but now I like to watch movies in the original, read englisch books, surf on englisch pages...but there are quite a few foreign people on here with good enlisch.. last semester we actually had a canadian professor so the lecture was in englisch...I was surprised at how many people spoke very good and fluent englisch...but thanks for the compliment

The "send off" thoughts...hard to put in words, but I get it. Brian and Roger have given Adam so much - confidence, credibility, training, exposure, trust - and they are ready to let him "fly"? I think they probably all realize with every tour segment that it could be the last one, which in itself makes me very sentimental for all of them, including Adam. He's probably not ready to graduate from "Queen College' yet. Makes me realize how silly it is to get hyped up about all the Idol stuff, when this could be the last year to see their epic collaboration life. I certainly don't take any concert for granted.
