Late to the party also, but I find that guy's artwork really interesting...sometimes gorgeous, like the lady in the seashell, and sometimes really creepy.
His Adam art reminds me of a Greek or Roman bust....it threw me at first, because Adam looks so different, but in the context of an art piece, I think it's really, really gorgeous and unusual.
Think of it as an art installation....it has nothing to do with real life.

Here you go and I see what you mean about the pearl pins: and definitely more clothes!

I must be on a classical kick. Previously, I saw daVinci's Mona Lisa and now I seriously get a more muted Botticelli vibe. Close up of Birth of Venus: Adam: When I first saw this Adam photo edit, I also thought of Botticelli. It is somewhat surrealistic and somewhat classic.

When it comes to creating art, which according to Adam the latest image is all about, it depends so much on individual preferences and perceptions. Some like it, others don't, and in Adam's case strong reactions are quite understandable. Adam sure likes to push buttons and challenge comfort zones. I am surprising myself how much I like the artwork even though I do dislike the orange hair.

It is a wig, that line you see is the lace front. Normally the front of the wig is glued down t the forehead and then blurred with makeup and/or the hair for a natural looking hairline. This is setup like a work in progress with the visible lace and the pins, almost like the stylist is grooming a wig on a headstand. Intriguing. Also, someone posted an article earlier that describes his work, he does a lot of editing in addition to the actual photography. I am a bit creeped by the eyes though, the right eye is looking off into the distance andte left is looking almost directly at the camera. Eeeeeppp If I look very closely it is almost as if somebody has edited a lace front on his head :-). There is a LOT in this picture that is edited. So much that I am really wondering what is real and what not. It has such a surrealistic quality to it while at the surface it seems to be very au naturale. And it absolutely is not. That's what makes it intriguing. It almost looks like a comment on the manufacturability of beauty. Emoelvisspikeymessyelvis, Sorry, I read the thread from back to front after hitting the first page. I'll switch back to my old avi.
