Irish, I also met Jerry at mayumi's weekend party. He went right along with everything we crazy Glamberts did and we all enjoyed having him there. Such a good sport. So very, very sorry for your loss.

Krazykay, I look forward to meeting you. I am in Ocala which isn't that far away. Thank you everyone for your thoughts. I know I will live through this whether I want to or not. Oh Irish, I want to hug you so tight and cry with you. It was Christmas day 5 years ago when my beloved Rene had his stroke and 3 months later, he was gone. Like Jerry, he loved Adam too and the last video he watched was Adam's. Rene and Jerry can fanboy together in heaven. I lost your contact info when I switched computers and email address. Can you PM me with the info? I would love to talk to you. In the meantime, please know I will be here for you as are many Atopers. Praying for you and your family.

So sorry, Irish, to hear about your husband's passing. You have common memories of going to concerts and enjoying music together. May these memories give you strength and allow you to enjoy similar sounds or events, down the road. Big hugs for now.

I have some sad news for everyone today. Some of you have even met my husband. My beautiful, sweet, funny husband Jerry passed away on the 19th of December. Jerry was not only my husband but my best friend. I never thought he would go before me. I was the sickly one. In December of last year, they discovered cancer in his right lung. He hadn't smoked in 36 years but I guess cancer doesn't care about that. Jerry did not want to die in the hospital so with the help of Kindred Hospice we brought him home. When he came through the door, his face was so peaceful so I knew we had done the right thing. I laid my head on his chest and we just held each other. I have a broken heart but I have so many memories of the fun we had through the years. We spent our retirement going to rock concerts all over the country and to the casinos in Biloxi. He took me to so many Adam Lambert concerts and loved Adam as much as I did. We were lucky enough to go to one of Mayumi's get togethers also and met her adorable husband. We had a good time and enjoyed ourselves so much with all the glamberts. All you Florida glamberts keep me in your thoughts. I don't want to give up Adam concerts and I am going to need someone to go with me. Please keep me in mind if you are looking for company. Everyone enjoy your holidays and laugh long and hard if you can. Kathy Daghita So sorry for your loss Kathy Sending lots of love and big hugs your way.

Irish1139, I am so sorry for your loss. How wonderful that he loved Adam as much as you did. My husband's father passed away this year and his last wish was also to not die in the hospital. They had to pull a lot of strings (this was in Scotland) but an organization helped them out and he spent the last two days of his life in the house he lived in for over 40 years, where he raised his kids. It definitely was the right thing to do.

I was just now thinking about Adam playing Joshua and the possibility of playing Judas....and this post just popped up on my Twitter feed.
